Today we are joined by Ashlyn B. who has just over 104 days sober! Ashlyn tells us what brought her to the rooms of recovery and how she attends multiple Zoom meetings a day. Her share is quite inspiring and I'm grateful she made the time to be on the show.
Thank you Ashlyn!

A year or so ago I came across a program called Life Recovery and I ordered a workbook for it. Kayla and I decided to check out the readings together and even found a meeting in our neighborhood. It's a Bible centered recovery program and we wanted to discuss our findings as we continue to "level up" our recovery.
We're happy to discuss some of the questions and similarities to the AA program which we are far more familiar with. Thanks for checking out the show!

We welcome back Keith B. who gives us a run down on the Back to Basics book. Keith has helped lead a few sessions on the work book and I thought it would be great to talk about it. Thank you Keith for being on the show again! If you want to hear Keith's story, I have linked it below.

Today Mike joins the show as he celebrates 7 years of recovery on this January 1st 2024. I'm truly grateful to have had Mike as a friend through my own recovery since the first days I stepped in this journey. As you can imagine, a lot has happened in the last few years and Mike's own view on his recovery has evolved. I'm really excited for you to hear this episode and thank you Mike for returning to the podcast!

Kayla and I talk about acceptance in this episode. We recorded this in the hospital while Kayla has a round of treatment and won't be home for the holidays. How has acceptance helped you stay sober around tough times?
