Addiction is one of the strongest evils that mankind has ever witnessed. It has single handedly been the fate of so many people that lost their lives in pain, agony, filled with misery. Ryan dives into his opinion from lived experience and shares some rawness about the aftermath of our choices and actions. It should not be taken lightly that each individual experiences this disease at much different levels, depending on so many factors. Do you expect your loved ones to accept you back into their lives after the horror that you have put yourself through?

We all are blessed with insecurities, its how we choose to deal with those insecurities is what really makes the difference. Ryan sheds light into what insecurities linger during early recovery and how to be vocal with your recovery. It takes a huge leap to know that you ARE capable and that you deserve a much better life than the one you see in the mirror, we are trained to be ungrateful beings. Humans are the only specie that complain while they are being fed. Thanks so much for the support everyone has shown Ryan in this creation process, it means everything to him, nothing is coincidence!

Confidence without clarity is so dangerous. Ryan takes a dive into confidence, or the lack there of. Should we be confident beings? What does it take to be clear in your confidence and build a stable platform for yourself to grow off of? Are there things in your head that continue to tell your heart what it doesn't need ? Take a moment every day to be a conscious person, having awareness of the experiences that are taking place daily on this planet. Thank you so much for your continued support, Ryan is just beginning to educate himself to host guests, having some different perspectives on the show. It will be very interesting getting to know some of our allies in recovery throughout this process and what a true blessing that it has been for Ryan.

Ryan wants to always bring you raw emotion and realism in his episodes. Integrity is his main objective. If Ryan and others continue to share their stories it will create an unimaginable impact on this disorder. Transparency is what is needed to wage war on this disorder and allow people to understand the severity of this situation. We are in dire need of people to continue showing up and SHARING their battles. With a solid morning routine and beginning your days with great intention it can give you so much clarity that life will never be the same. Yoga is a MUST in Ryan's morning wake up, when he wakes up he meditates for a short period and then directly on the mat for his AM flow. Relationships in recovery can be a tricky thing. If you don't find the right partner that supports you it makes it very hard to have that false sense of security within yourself. We love to throw ourselves into turmoil, we love to throw ourselves in the eye of the storm. For some that chaos is comforting, Past trauma is starting to make it appearance in many young adults life. Reality is what you make of it, having the right team around you to love you unconditionally and without question no judgement. If we were to be continuously teaching our children empathy for others, and how to be comfortable in their own skin this world would in fact be a much better place!
