Recovery Redefined

Mental health is hard and it doesn’t take a sabbatical. So why did I think that I could take a mental health sabbatical? Well let’s just say I have no idea what I’m doing in this crazy journey of my recovery! Thanks be to Jesus because he sure knows!

Today I talk about how I am taking a summer break until August 30 I will be back for season two in August and it will be a little different but just the same genuine fun nature.
