Formerly in the Air Force and a firefighter, Tony took on the job of Public Safety recruiter for the City of Mobile the Monday after he retired from his job as firefighter the previous Friday. Passionate about public service, Tony discusses the difficulties of the jobs and how he has learned to "sell" the job to the next generation - lessons for any business owner.
