What's the best approach in asking someone's political affiliation? Does it matter? Well to help answer that we have political news junkie Ben Randle who we've dubbed our political analyst, to help us answer and dive into that question. We also explore how to navigate dating and hanging out your friends in the same space - it can sometimes be awkward, and anxiety enducing. We've got Biz Ellis from the podcast One Bad Mother for a very open and honest episode that dives deep into how we get ourselves out of those bad relationship patterns! Biz talks about how she broke out of, in her words, "dating the same idiot,". What she had to learn, and do to heal from some of the treatment she'd experienced in the past from people she was dating, being cheated on, sexually abused, people with addiction, and how she stopped settling. We also talk about the simple yet meaningful "aha" green flags she discovered she was looking for when she met her now husband of 17 years. Also we uncover how life is sometimes like a gay porn. Biz also helps to answer our listener question about what do we do when our kids want to start dating and help them not experience the same shit we went through.
