03/20/24: Joel is broadcasting live from the 25th Joint Annual Conference of the Red River Watershed Management Board in Moorhead. The joint conference consists of the (RRWMB) and the Flood Damage Reduction Work Group (FDRWG).

Brian Fuder and Linda Vavra both join Joel in Moorhead for a conversation on flood mitigation and water quality projects. Linda is a Red River Watershed Management Board Manager and Bois de Sioux Watershed District President and Brian is the Red River Retention Authority (RRRA) Executive Director.
