An introduction to the podcast and Sierra Melcher, your host.
This podcast is both an experiment in practicing imperfection and my curiosity budget in action. Devoting time to learning a new skill or habit. For your personal or professional life, in my case both. The personal is professional and professional is most definitely personal.

Healing from trauma is complex. Especially when women are asking the wrong questions: “What is wrong with me?” Rather “what is wrong with the system?” Fear, guilt & shame messaging dominates the story.
The question to ask: “If you are feeling fear, shame or guilt, ask, is this my story or is this a larger story I have been told by somebody else: family, culture, mainstream society or religion. Any story that tells us we are not good enough --- something is wrong with that story.”
Sisterhood community is amazing for Creating truth.
