The company’s artistic director, Demna Gvasalia, later issued a personal apology, calling the decision to feature children with the products a “wrong artistic choice.” Demna emphasized that Balenciaga never intended to convey anything related to child abuse.

While Christie’s also sells widely recognized, “safer” works such as pieces by Banksy, the more provocative offerings stand out — particularly when viewed alongside Balenciaga’s past marketing missteps.

This context doesn’t suggest illegal activity or direct wrongdoing on the part of Balenciaga or Groupe Artémis, but it does highlight a pattern of engagement with provocative, boundary-pushing content across Pinault’s holdings. For many observers, the Balenciaga scandal feels less like an isolated incident and more like a reflection of the broader ecosystem, where the lines between art, marketing, and shock value are frequently tested.

Alexandra Gucci Zarini is a member of the founding Gucci family — the granddaughter of Aldo Gucci and great-granddaughter of Guccio Gucci, who established the fashion house in 1921. This email correspondence appears to be between Ken Turner (investigating child trafficking in Mexico) and NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins, FBI-NYPD Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, retired November 2025.

Who Is Ken Turner?

The email comes from a man named Ken Turner.

According to the documents, it appears Turner was part of a task force investigating sex trafficking of minors involving Jeffrey Epstein from 2000-2017. It appears that as his investigation unfolded it implicated Epstein, Marcinko, Earl Anthony Wayne and other US officials, as seen in the documentation.

Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019 and was taken into federal custody by the FBI with assistance from the NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Turner was not writing in hindsight.These emails were written in real time, while Epstein was alive and while investigations were actively unfolding.

Turner alleges that Earl Anthony Wayne was sentenced in Mexico in 2017 to life imprisonment for impregnating an 11-year-old girl, claiming that DNA evidence showed a 100% match to Wayne. Turner further alleges that Wayne avoided serving the sentence by allowing a former US Marine to serve time in his place, calling it an arrangement facilitated by the US State Department and a Mexican judge following a “huge payoff.” According to Turner, Wayne currently has an outstanding arrest warrant in Mexico for avoiding sentencing.

Earl Anthony Wayne (born 1950) is a former American diplomat. Formerly Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs, Ambassador to Argentina and Deputy Ambassador to Afghanistan, Wayne served nearly four years as Ambassador to Mexico. He was nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in August, 2011.

In July or August 2018, Turner flew to his hometown , contacted the FBI and provided all information he had accumulated since 2000-2017, regarding sex trafficking with minors that involves ex-Navy SEAL commander, Richard Marcinko and ex-USA Ambassador in Mexico, Earl Wayne Anthony.

In April or May or 2014, the American Embassy in Mexico was raided by the Mexican Federal Police where 107 American Citizens, employees and contractors, including Anthony, were there. Turner said Ambassador Anthony left the country immediately; however, in 2015, Anthony was tried in absentia in Mexico. Turner reached out to the American Embassy, but they refused to acknowledge what was going on.

A month ago Turner and the Mexican Federal Police, found what Turner calls "a vault" containing approximately 10,000 videos of minors from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and some white girls that later on was determined they had been brought into Mexico from South Africa by now convicted and in a Mexican prison, Mr. Nissan.

Turner said that approximately a month ago, in one of Marcinko's secret locations sex tapes and videos were found with Jeffrey Epstein in it. Turner assumes that Marcinko was probably going to use them to blackmail Jeffrey Epstein (Epstein).

Turner added he found the flights log of Epstein coming in out of Mexico, going to the Virgin Islands to fly girls there. In 2005, Epstein flew to Mexico, landed in Cancun Airport, stayed overnight, filled the tank, which is very rare because to flight back to Miami you do not have to fill out your tank for just 1 4 hour flight. Turner said that's the only time he cannot find where Epstein went afterwards.

The July 27, 2019 Email

On July 27, 2019, Turner sent an alarming message to a U.S. contact, describing escalating violence and apparent interference tied to an investigation unfolding in Mexico.

The email states:

* An American had allegedly shot the trial judge in a child trafficking case in Mexico.

* Turner and his partner believed this incident was connected to their outreach to U.S. authorities.

* He asks directly:“Who on your team knows we are talking to you? Anyone assigned from the NSA, CIA, or U.S. State Department?”

He then warns, explicitly:

“Please understand — people’s lives here are in jeopardy.”

According to the email, there had already been:

* Four armed attacks against their team (agents investigating a child sex trafficking ring they believed was connected to Epstein)

* A partner who had allegedly shot and killed two and wounded five American agents

* Surveillance by “white American agents” driving vans assigned to the U.S. Embassy

* An associate named Jorge who was attacked and lost his arm

The email claims the President of Mexico was aware of the case, which allegedly involved U.S. officials and a figure named Richard Marcinko (former U.S. Navy SEAL commander)

Then comes a line that stands out:

“The case we have here is almost certainly connected to yours. We have the proof. Our case will help bring a whole new dynamic to what you know and who is involved. Prince Philip is a small fry compared to what we have uncovered.”

These are not the words of someone casually speculating. They read like someone who believes they are sitting on evidence — and believes powerful interests are trying to stop it from surfacing.

The U.S. Response

The unknown redacted U.S. contact responds cautiously, stating:

“My task force is not affiliated with the intelligence community.”

What follows is a brief back-and-forth attempting to arrange a call time.

No dismissal.No denial of concern.Just careful distance.

August 5, 2019: Another Escalation

On August 5, 2019, Turner emails again.

This time, the tone is even more personal — and more alarming.

He writes that his nephew, Logan Turner, was shot and killed in the Dayton, Ohio mass shooting the night before, and that he is rushing home to be with family.

But he adds something else:

“All investigative work on the Richard Marcinko and Epstein is still in process. And we’ve uncovered more videos and photos of the two of them together.”

He then claims that U.S. Embassy security stopped his partner, searched her car, and attempted to prevent her from leaving Mexico — allegedly looking for those videos and photos.

They were not found.

Turner writes plainly:

“Someone does not want this data disclosed.”

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York — a federal facility that has since been permanently closed.

This timing does not prove anything by itself.

But it does matter.

Because it shows that active investigators believed Epstein’s case was connected to something larger, believed people were being harmed or threatened, and believed evidence was being suppressed — before Epstein’s death, not after.

What This Does — and Does Not — Prove

To be clear:

* These emails do not prove Epstein was murdered.

* They do not confirm the truth of every allegation contained within them.

* They do not establish the identities or guilt of the people named.

What they do prove is something else:

That inside official communications, investigators were:

* Expressing fear for their safety

* Describing interference tied to U.S. government entities

* Claiming possession of photos and videos involving Epstein, Marcinko, García and others.

* Believing their case intersected with Epstein’s in ways that had not been made public

And they were saying this while Epstein was alive.

Why This Matters Now

For years, discussion of Epstein’s death has been framed as “conspiracy theory vs. official conclusion.”

These emails complicate that framing.

They are not anonymous forum posts.They are not social media rumors.They are government-released documents, written by people who believed they were inside a dangerous investigation.

At minimum, they raise serious questions about:

* What evidence existed but was never disclosed

* Why investigators believed intelligence agencies might be involved

* And why so many names in Epstein-related releases remain redacted

The public has been told the story is finished.

The documents suggest otherwise.

Who is Richard Marcinko

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from the Auburn University at Montgomery and a Master of Arts degree in political science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Vietnam War

In January 1967, Marcinko deployed to Vietnam with 2nd Platoon, SEAL Team Two for a six-month tour of duty. On May 18, 1967, Marcinko led his men in an assault on Ilo Ilo Hon (Ilo Ilo Island), where they killed a large number of Viet Cong and destroyed six of their sampans (wooden boats). This action would come to be called the “most successful SEAL operation in the Mekong Delta“ by the U.S. Navy. For leading this mission, Marcinko was awarded the Silver Star, the first of his four Bronze Stars, as well as a Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.[4]

SEAL Team Six

During the Iran hostage crisis in 1979, Marcinko was one of two Navy representatives for a Joint Chiefs of Staff task force known as the TAT (Terrorist Action Team). The purpose of the TAT was to develop a plan to free the American hostages held in Iran which culminated in Operation Eagle Claw. In the wake of the debacle, the Navy saw the need for a full-time dedicated counter-terrorist team and tasked Marcinko with its design and development.

Red Cell

After relinquishing command of SEAL Team Six to Captain Robert Gormly, Marcinko was tasked by Vice Admiral James “Ace” Lyons, Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, with the design of a unit to test the Navy’s vulnerability to terrorism. This unit was the Naval Security Coordination Team OP-06D, unofficially named Red Cell.[9]

The FBI Opened a Lead on Alleged Epstein Sex-Tape Evidence in Mexico — Weeks After Epstein’s Death

Jeffrey Epstein died on August 10, 2019, inside a federal jail in New York.His death was ruled a suicide.The case, the public was told, was effectively over.

But FBI records show that weeks later, the Bureau opened and forwarded a formal investigative lead based on claims that video evidence of Epstein engaging in sex acts with minors existed in Mexico — and that Mexican authorities were allegedly holding it.

That lead ties directly to a series of emails written before Epstein’s death, in which an investigator warned that lives were in danger, intelligence agencies might be involved, and evidence was being actively suppressed.

The FBI Document: October 9, 2019 (above)

The document, labeled FBI Electronic Communication, is dated October 9, 2019 and titled:

“Lead Forwarded to Legat Mexico City”

It is tied to FBI case number 31E‑NY‑3027571, listed as:

EPSTEIN, JEFFREY; CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING

According to the synopsis, the lead was generated to follow up on information that:

* A U.S. citizen, Richard Marcinko, was allegedly in custody in Mexico

* Mexican authorities were investigating a child sex trafficking ring

* That investigation was purported to include video evidence of Jeffrey Epstein engaging in sex acts with minors

* Some of the alleged victims were reported to be U.S. citizens

This was not a media report.It was not a rumor scraped from the internet.It was an internal FBI communication generated from a hotline tip during the Epstein investigation.

Enter Kenneth Darrell Turner (again)

The caller who triggered the FBI lead was identified as Kenneth Darrell Turner.

That name matters.

Turner is the same individual who appears in earlier emails dated July 27, 2019 and August 5, 2019 — emails written before Epstein’s death — in which he claimed to be working on a related investigation in Mexico.

In those earlier communications, Turner alleged:

* Armed attacks against his team

* Surveillance by U.S. Embassy–associated personnel

* Attempts to seize videos and photographs

* Fear that intelligence agencies knew about — or were interfering with — the case

* That the investigation he was involved in was “almost certainly connected” to Epstein’s

At the time, those claims could be dismissed as unverified.

But the October 9 FBI document shows that the Bureau took the claims seriously enough to open and forward a lead to its Legal Attaché office in Mexico City.

What the FBI Document Actually Says

The EC states that Turner claimed:

* He had some form of Mexican “deputization”

* He was working with a former South African law enforcement official

* A Mexican law enforcement official known as “Jorge” possessed a trove of video footage

* The footage allegedly showed Epstein and other U.S. citizens engaging in sex acts with minors

The FBI author notes that:

“TURNER has remained in contact … and has yet to provide any evidence of his claims.”

That sentence is important — and honest.

The FBI is not vouching for Turner.It is documenting him.

But the Bureau still requests that Legat Mexico City attempt to verify:

* Whether Marcinko was incarcerated

* Whether Mexican authorities possessed such video evidence

That is the key point.

Why This Matters

This document establishes several things at once:

* Turner was real — and known to the FBI

* His claims were formally logged inside the Epstein case file

* The FBI believed the allegations were serious enough to forward internationally

* Claims of video evidence involving Epstein were still being investigated after Epstein was dead

This directly undermines the idea that all investigative avenues ended on August 10, 2019.

The Timeline That Raises Questions

* July 6, 2019: Epstein is arrested

* July 27, 2019: Turner emails warning of violence, interference, and suppressed evidence

* August 5, 2019: Turner claims videos and photos of Epstein have been uncovered

* August 10, 2019: Epstein dies in federal custody

* October 9, 2019: The FBI opens and forwards a lead about alleged Epstein sex‑tape evidence in Mexico

What This Does — and Does Not — Prove

To be clear:

* The FBI document does not confirm the existence of the videos

* It does not confirm the guilt of Marcinko or anyone else

* It does not establish that Epstein was killed

What it does prove is that:

* Claims of suppressed evidence were not invented years later

* Investigators were still chasing Epstein‑related leads internationally

* The public narrative of “case closed” does not match the internal paper trail

The Unanswered Question

If Epstein’s death truly ended everything, why was the FBI still forwarding international leads tied to alleged child sex‑tape evidence months later?

And what happened to that inquiry?

Those answers are not in this document.

But the document confirms the question is legitimate.

Updates as of 2/13/26:

* Epstein’s files indicate that Mexico may have released pedophile Richard Marcinko, a former U.S. Marine who allegedly possessed videos of minors.

* The Epstein files’ Mexico connection: Former US ambassador responds to allegations

Caputo published a screenshot of a message he received from Wayne.

“Dear Marc, I want to state unequivocally that the allegations about me are false,” the message says.

“The claims originate from a disjointed email chain that makes outlandish claims including international conspiracies and other events that demonstrably never happened, as they would have been matters of public record or reported in the media at the time they occurred, and they were not. These assertions are factually baseless and contradict established public record.”

Postcard From Epstein to Larry Nassar Aug 13, 2019

As of 2/13/26: Something I am investigating that may or may not be related to Richard Marcinko. The following postcard was allegedly sent from Epstein in Prison at MCC in 2019. Mainstream media and the DOJ claims it has to be false because of discrepancies.

* It has a date stamp of Aug 13, 2019 (3 days after Epstein died)

* The postmark reads NOVA 220 (northern virginia, not MCC New York)

* It was returned to sender (mailed to Larry Nassar AFTER he was moved from AZ to a different prison, hence it was returned to sender, sender is listed as MCC)

* It was found in the mailroom in MCC allegedly (makes sense if it was “returned to sender” and sender was labeled as MCC)

Working Theory:

How mail from a federal prison normally enters USPS

If someone at a federal or NYC jail (like Epstein was) mails a postcard:

* Inmate gives mail to prison staff — usually via the prison mailroom.

* Prison staff inspects it, checks the envelope has the correct return address, inmate ID, and rules compliance.

* Mail leaves the prison either:

* Via USPS directly at a local NYC post office, or

* Through a contracted mail vendor that then drops it at USPS.

USPS processing after leaving the prison

* Mail originates at a local NYC post office or facility.

* USPS would normally apply a cancellation postmark at a NYC-area processing center, because that’s the hub for Manhattan zip codes.

* From there, mail is routed to regional distribution centers or directly to the destination.

Could it get a NOVA 220 postmark?

Highly unlikely under normal circumstances:

* NOVA 220 is a Northern Virginia (Richard Marcinko lived & died in N VA) USPS processing center.

* A NYC-originating mailpiece would normally go through New York, NJ, or nearby regional hubs, not Virginia.

* For it to get a NOVA 220 postmark, one of the following would have to happen:

* Mail intentionally rerouted through Virginia — unusual and unnecessary.

* Someone outside the prison created a fake envelope and mailed it from NOVA 220.

* It was digitally or mechanically altered after the fact (forgeries can add postmarks to make mail “look real”).

Why this matters for the Epstein postcard

* Epstein was in New York jail on August 10, 2019.

* The postmark is August 13, 2019 and from NOVA 220 (Northern Virginia).

* Impossible for him to have mailed it himself — the combination of date and regional hub makes it essentially impossible under normal USPS and prison mail procedures.

Feb 2026 Investigation Thoughts:

This could or could not be related to Richard Marcinko. Why I am following this? Richard happens to be the lead I am investigating right now because he lived and died in Northern Virginia. Also Epstein committed suicide in prison 4 days after the Turner and FBI email chain, where

* Turners nephew (Logan Turner age 30) died in Ohio on Aug 4, 2019 (this is verified to have occurred)

* On August 5, 2019, Turner emails again saying he is going to Ohio to be with family due to the mass shooting which killed his nephew. He states the investigation into Marcinko and Epstein will continue.

* Aug 10, 2019, Epstein is found dead in his cell at MCC and Turner emails saying “we heard about Epstein… we don’t believe it was a suicide”

* Aug 13, 2019, the “Epstein” postcard is mailed from Northern Virginia (NOVA 220)- the postcard states “Dear L.N. (Larry Nassar) as you know by now, I have taken the short route home”

* Problems:

* Epstein couldn’t have mailed this postcard dated Aug 13, when he died Aug 10.

* The postmark stamp is not only dated Aug 13, 2019, it also says NOVA 220, northern Virginia. Meaning ( by all accounts) it was mailed Aug 13, 2019 from Northern Virginia.

Richard Marcinko lived in Northern Virginia. His burial information listed his 2021 death as Fauquier County, Virgnia. This is within 20/30 minutes, depending on where he actually lived and what post office was used, of where this postcard was mailed Aug 13, 2019.

Could this be a coincidence? Yes. Could it not be a coincidence. Also, yes.

It is also worth noting the NOVA 220 postmark is not only relatively close to Richard Marcinko’s home address, it is equally close to Washington D.C. I don’t know Marcinko’s actual home address, so the photograph of the map is the county he died and lived in. The NOVA 220 postmark is this general area of Northern VA, Merrifield VA uses this postmark.

How the DOJ’s Epstein File Release Became a Privacy Nightmare

Important framing:The following summarizes claims, allegations, and statements reported in documents, not established conclusions. Where possible, document IDs are cited. No criminal guilt is asserted.

In one of the most troubling developments in the ongoing saga of the Jeffrey Epstein archives, the U.S. Department of Justice has come under fire for releasing a massive trove of documents that failed to protect the very people the law was supposed to shield. What was intended as a milestone in transparency has rapidly devolved into a public relations and privacy crisis. (The Daily Beast)

On February 2, multiple news outlets — including The Daily Beast and New York Magazine’s Intelligencer — reported that the final tranche of files released by the DOJ under the Epstein Files Transparency Act included serious and potentially harmful redaction failures. (The Daily Beast)

What Was Released

The Justice Department published over 3 million pages of material related to its investigations into Jeffrey Epstein and his network. Included among these were roughly 180,000 images, many of which were supposed to be scrubbed of all explicit or identifying content. (New York Magazine)

Yet, according to reporters — who meticulously combed through the files — the DOJ’s release included at least dozens of completely unredacted photographs showing nude individuals with identifiable faces. These images, some of which appear to have been taken inside private spaces including Epstein’s infamous Little St. James island, directly contravened the statutory requirement to protect victims’ identities. A Stark Departure From the Law’s Intent

The Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed by former President Trump in late 2025, was meant to compel the DOJ to disclose its vast trove of investigative material on Epstein while protecting sensitive content, especially sexually explicit images or personally identifying information of victims.

Instead, as The Daily Beast reported, at least 40 unredacted images depicting young women in various states of undress — whose identities could be discerned — were accessible to the public before the Times and others raised the alarm.

Similarly, New York Magazine’s Intelligencer detailed that the government failed to redact full names of at least 43 victims, including a substantial number of minors, in the latest batch of documents. Some identifying details like home addresses also remained unmasked. (New York Magazine)

Backlash From Survivors and Advocates

The response from survivors and advocates has been swift and forceful.

Annie Farmer, a known survivor and witness in the Epstein cases, described the inclusion of nude, unredacted images as “extremely disturbing” — saying it was “hard to imagine a more egregious way of not protecting victims.” (The Daily Beast)

Lawyers representing victims have reportedly petitioned federal judges to take down the DOJ’s entire Epstein files website, citing ongoing harm. They argue that the DOJ’s failures are not simply technical oversights, but real-world violations of privacy that could have lifelong consequences for those named or depicted. (New York Magazine)

DOJ’s Response

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche defended the agency’s efforts, asserting that the errors account for an “infinitesimal fraction” of the materials and promising to address issues as they come to light. (New York Magazine)

The DOJ also stated it was working “around the clock” to fix redactions and re-upload compliant versions of files flagged by journalists. (The Daily Beast)

Why This Matters

This controversy cuts to the core of what transparency should — and shouldn’t — mean. The goal of public disclosure laws is to balance government accountability with the rights and dignity of individuals, especially those who have already endured profound trauma.

Instead, the latest release risks retraumatizing survivors by making private and sensitive material publicly accessible without proper safeguards.

The fallout is still unfolding. But one thing is clear: safeguarding victims in transparency efforts isn’t optional — it’s a legal and moral imperative. And in this case, many argue, the Justice Department failed in that duty.

Authors note: I reported yesterday that several files naming Trump and victims statements were released and then disappeared and cannot be found again. These did not disclose victim photographs or inappropriate materials, instead they named Trump.

* Multiple independent observers and archivists reported this exact problem immediately after the January 30, 2026 release — some files appeared briefly and were then taken down or moved, with no public explanation.

Why the Scrutiny Is Intensifying: Selective Redactions and Political Sensitivities

The controversy surrounding the DOJ’s Epstein file release isn’t limited to victim privacy failures. It is also being fueled by growing scrutiny over who appears to be protected by redactions — and who is not.

Multiple researchers, journalists, and independent analysts reviewing the files have noted a troubling pattern: while victims’ names and images were, in some cases, left exposed, the names and faces of powerful individuals — including politicians — appear to be heavily redacted. This has raised sharp questions about whether the redaction process was applied evenly or selectively.

Among the most discussed examples is Donald Trump, whose name appears in the Epstein materials but is often redacted or obscured in ways that contrast starkly with the treatment of victims. Since the documents became public, Musk has taken to social media to walk back perceptions of the correspondence. He characterized the released emails as potentially “misinterpreted” and insisted he had “very little correspondence with Epstein” overall.

Recently, a viral image has been making the rounds online, claiming to show an email in which Jeffrey Epstein allegedly identifies himself as Satoshi Nakamoto, the mysterious creator of Bitcoin. On the surface, it’s shocking. It’s the kind of revelation that makes headlines and spreads like wildfire on social media. But when we dug into the original Epstein files, something interesting happened: we couldn’t find any record of this email.

I spent hours searching the publicly released Epstein files, using multiple search terms and cross-referencing all known correspondence. The alleged email simply does not appear. That’s a red flag in the context of viral claims — and it strongly suggests that this email is fake or fabricated.

The Epstein files are enormous, covering millions of documents, emails, and communications involving Epstein and countless associates. Names of high-profile figures are mentioned, often in heavily redacted contexts. However, despite this wealth of information, there is no verified evidence linking Epstein to the creation of Bitcoin or to any claims of being Satoshi.

Why does this matter? Because the internet loves conspiracy, especially when it combines mysterious figures like Satoshi Nakamoto with infamous ones like Epstein. Viral images can be convincing at first glance — often designed to look like screenshots of real emails, complete with logos, headers, and formatting. But visual similarity is not evidence. Without a verifiable source, these claims remain just that: claims.

Here’s what to remember when encountering viral “evidence” like this:

* Check the source. Images circulating on social media are often taken out of context or fabricated entirely.

* Verify against primary documents. The Epstein files are public, so any legitimate email should be traceable.

* Be skeptical of sensational claims. The more shocking it seems, the more likely it is to be fake — especially when it involves figures like Satoshi Nakamoto, whose identity remains secret.

In short, while the idea of “Epstein as Satoshi” is a provocative headline, the evidence doesn’t support it. I can’t find this email anywhere in the Epstein files, and until a verified source emerges, it should be treated as misinformation.

As we continue to sift through the Epstein files and other public records, it’s worth remembering: viral doesn’t mean verified, and screenshots alone are never proof.

Four days before Jeffrey Epstein entered one of the most lenient plea deals in modern history, an email exchange with one of America’s most powerful billionaires shows how deeply embedded he was in the Wexner family’s financial and philanthropic networks.

On June 26, 2008, Leslie Wexner reportedly emailed Epstein:

“Abigail told me the result… All I can say is I’m sorry. You broke your number one rule…”

Epstein’s reply was brief:

“No excuse.”

Four days later, Epstein would plead guilty in Florida to soliciting a minor. But this email shows the Wexner family already had advanced knowledge of his legal outcome — and the tone suggests this was a managed situation, not a surprise.

Epstein’s Role in the Wexner Empire

Jeffrey Epstein was not merely a financial advisor. Leaked emails reviewed by AttackTheSystem.com reveal that Epstein acted as the de facto gatekeeper of the Wexner family’s finances and philanthropic decisions for years.

Since 1983, the Wexner Foundation has quietly contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to Israel-linked charitable causes in the United States, underwriting flagship pro-Israel institutions. While Leslie Wexner was the public face of the family’s philanthropic work, the emails suggest his wife, Abigail Wexner, became far more active in managing family finances following their marriage.

Abigail controlled both sides of the funding pipeline: determining how money entered the family fund and deciding how much flowed out to charitable causes. Epstein frequently communicated with Abigail, and most critical financial issues were routed to him through Darren Indyke, Epstein’s personal lawyer and secretary of the Wexner Foundation, according to SEC filings.

Controlling the Flow of Millions

Internal emails indicate that Epstein was the key decision-maker on significant transfers, grant approvals, and politically sensitive donations. In some cases, Wexner’s financial staff directed requests through Epstein, effectively treating him as the CFO of both the family office and the philanthropic network.

This influence extended well beyond simple investment advice. Epstein had visibility and control over multi-million-dollar transfers, IRS filings, and grant disbursements — all while maintaining a public persona as a financial advisor and philanthropist.

The Legal and Ethical Implications

The June 30, 2008 plea deal allowed Epstein to avoid federal charges, serve only 13 months of an 18-month sentence, and participate in a work-release program that let him leave jail most days. Co-conspirators received immunity, and victims were not informed — later ruled illegal by a federal judge.

The email from Leslie Wexner, coupled with the extensive financial correspondence, underscores a larger pattern: Epstein operated with near-total immunity, shielded not just by legal agreements but by access to and control over one of America’s wealthiest philanthropic networks.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve noticed a clear and escalating pattern in how TikTok has handled my content related to Sascha Riley. This isn’t speculation or paranoia — it’s based on repeated, documented actions taken against my account that go far beyond normal algorithm fluctuations.

I want to lay out exactly what’s been happening, because transparency matters, especially when platforms position themselves as neutral spaces for discussion while quietly restricting reach behind the scenes.

First and foremost, I have moved over to Upscrolled as they are claiming they will not censor creators!

Repeated Video Takedowns Without Clear Violations

Multiple videos I’ve posted discussing Sascha Riley have been removed by TikTok. These videos did not contain threats, harassment, graphic content, or calls to action. They were commentary-based, fact-driven, and framed around publicly available information, court documents, testimony, and verified databases.

Despite this, TikTok removed them anyway.

In several cases, no specific policy violation was cited beyond vague references to “misinformation” or “unverified claims,” even though the videos clearly stated when something was alleged, testified to, or sourced from official records.

Warnings That Simply Say: “Check Your Sources”

Perhaps more concerning than the removals themselves are the warnings TikTok has issued on my account.

Instead of pointing to a specific false claim, TikTok has issued notices telling my viewers to “check your sources.”

That’s it.

No indication of which source is allegedly incorrect.No timestamp.No statement identifying what information TikTok disputes.

Just a broad, non-actionable warning — one that functions more as a chilling effect than a correction.

If a platform cannot articulate what is wrong, how is a creator supposed to fix it?

Sharing Restrictions: Shadow Limits in Plain Sight

One of the most blatant forms of suppression has been TikTok’s restriction on sharing.

Several of my Sascha Riley videos have been limited so that they can only be shared with one person at a time. This is not a normal setting, and it is not something I applied.

Sharing is one of the primary ways information spreads on TikTok. Limiting it to a single recipient effectively kills organic reach while allowing the platform to claim the content is still “available.”

It’s suppression without accountability.

Then there are the “unexplained” ineligible for recommendation warnings. This means they will not push these videos to the FYP, also making them ineligible or less eligible for monetization, with no option to appeal.

This Is Not About Community Safety — It’s About Control

TikTok often frames moderation decisions as necessary for “community safety” or “information integrity.” But that explanation doesn’t hold up here.

* The content is not harassing

* The content is clearly labeled when information is alleged or sourced from testimony

* The content encourages discussion, not action

What is consistent is that the suppression only applies to one specific topic, Sascha Riley.

My other content posts normally. Engagement returns. Sharing works as expected.

The moment Sascha Riley is mentioned, the brakes come on.

Why This Matters Beyond My Account

This isn’t just about me or one case.

When platforms selectively suppress topics without transparency, they shape public discourse without ever having to defend their decisions. There’s no debate, no appeal process with substance, and no accountability.

Creators are left guessing what they’re allowed to say, while audiences never realize what they’re not seeing.

That should concern everyone — regardless of where you land on this case or any other.
