Jesus told us before his ascended: "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." This is a huge command. Think about it. Not only does Jesus tell us to go, he also tells us to disciple the nations. But how do we go about doing this? The exciting thing is that there are myriad of ways and techniques. Today we talk with one man who is engaged in street evangelism in Philadelphia. His background is that he was born into a Jewish home. Then in his late teens he was confronted with the claims of the gospel. He had been reading Isaiah 53, and to him, it didn't fit the explanations that were given to him in synagogue. This text was talking about the coming Messiah. He could not get beyond verses like these: "Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken,smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way;
and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all." Join us for an intriguing discussion with a man who has encountered the Triune God of the Scriptures and it has changed his life, and now is changing the lives of others, including Muslims. Participants: Rev. Rick Anderson, Dan Elmendorf
