Jesus rode into Jerusalem Palm Sunday and was honored as the King. This happened to fulfill the prophesy concerning Him, and yet there was an ironic twist in it. His victory and spoils were going to come through a cross, not a crown. In like manner, we too gain victory through the cross, not the crown.

When God promises and enters into covenant, his word always comes to

The love of God is such that He can’t do anything other than love. Love is who He is and therefore, He can love even when the object of love is unlovely. It is this love that transforms us and liberates us to love.

The wisdom of God is past finding out, because by it He created all things, ordered all things, and governs all things. God’s wisdom can never be attained by a finite mind. However, we can attain wisdom and grow in wisdom as we seek it from God, because God loves to give wisdom to those who seek it.
