At the close of his letter to the Christians in Colossae, Paul penned a few lines as a final greeting to his co-laborers in the ministry. On a first reading, this may seem to be an ordinary way to close a letter, but in his sermon, “Not Your Average Greeting,” from Colossians 4:7–18, guest preacher Femi Osunnuyi helps us to glean insight from Paul’s closing words. As we continue our study of the book of Acts, we see Christ continuing to build his church by grafting in people of all tribes, tongues, and nations. Pastor Binoi Samuel preaches “The Church and the Unstoppable Word” from Acts 11:19–10 and 13:1–3. We will see how God’s word continues to go forth through the power of his Spirit and how we, as God’s instruments, are called to faithfully tell others of the good news of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Binoi Samuel is preaching from Acts 8:1–9:6, “The Saving Word.” Tune in and hear how Jesus draws those who are far off from him. Be encouraged by the preaching of the Word and see how it is his word which brings salvation.

Pastor Scott Zeller preaches “Holiness and the Unstoppable Word” from Acts 4:32–5:11. We’ll delve into the account of Ananias and Sapphira and see how God’s judgment on them for their sin points to God’s holiness and the call for his people to be holy as he himself is holy.

Pastor Morgan Renew is preaching from Acts 4:1–31, “The Word of a Rejected Savior.” We’ll look at how persecution has afflicted the church since its birth in the first century. We’ll see that this affliction not only identifies Christians with their crucified and resurrected Savior, but also gives boldness to witness the good news of who Jesus is and what he has accomplished.

Pastor Eric Zeller is preaching on Acts 2:1–41, “The Style of the Spirit.” We’ll look at what happened on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit descended on believers gathered in Jerusalem, and we’ll see who the Spirit is, what he does, and how he is at work in the lives of believers today.
