God's promises bring us hope and peace, especially for those who are down

The prophet Micah calls us to respond to God’s love not with empty religiosity but with a true deep religion.

The Story of God moves along with the unfolding plan of how God will make all things right centering in on the promise of a King. Understanding how God fulfills this promise, ought to lead us to trust, gratitude and ultimately worship.

We all go through deep dark valleys in our lives and insurmountable obstacles. But God gives us these seasons to learn to trust Him. And He is faithful no matter how big the challenge.

God’s story continues, and it reveals a dangerous proposition. That God is both good, and yet not safe. Drawing near to Him, must be done in a certain way. Yet in this, we see that God graciously provides all that we need to draw near.

A Story About Redemption

Humanity has been evicted from its garden home and the world spirals out of control. But God still has a plan to rescue us and bring us home. This plan begins with promises to Abraham that God will give him a new land, make him a great nation, and will bless all peoples of the world through him. God is faithful, and be trusted, and will one day bring us home again.

We all feel that this world is broken, that things aren’t the way they’re supposed to be. Genesis 3 unpacks how we got here, and offers a redemptive hope of how this broken world will be mended.

We were created for a home where we are at peace with God, one another, and creation. We might get glimpses of home throughout history, but it's only a small taste of what our heart's long for.

The way back to knowing who we are, begins with knowing the one who is made it all.
