I. What did Nadab and Abihu do and why was it a big deal? V1. II. What did God do, and why? vv3-7. III. What comes of this? The LORD gives Aaron his marching orders, vv8-11. 

I. Christians are to no longer live like many Christians used to live, v17. II. Sin had negatively affected their hearts, minds, desires, and activities, vv17-19. III. Their thoughts were futile, and understanding darkened. IV. They were alienated from spiritual life. V. Their hearts were hard, morally culpable, and calloused. VI. They gave themselves over to sensuality and were greedy for impurity. VII. Only Christ can rescue us!

I. Aaron’s consecration, anointing, ordination and installation are going to be public in the sight of the congregation of Israel, vv1-4a. II.
