Live as gospel citizens by standing firm in unity against opponents who intimidate you.

When you live only for Christ you’re able to rejoice in whatever your circumstances, so long as the gospel goes forth.

Because God finishes what he starts we are confident that we will be filled with the fruit of righteousness and stand blameless before him in the coming day.

Despite opposition, Christians are to persevere in the faith as a unified body by centering our affections on the person and work of Jesus Christ.

Prayer is chiefly about orienting our hearts to God’s purposes and glory and submitting ourselves to him.

The Word of God gives and sustains life to God’s people therefore we should abide in it always.

Because love among all true believers, empowered by the indwelling Holy Spirit, is meant to be a distinguishing mark of the Christian community and a powerful apologetic tool for the truth of the Christian message, we seek to grow in the genuine, practical demonstration of Christian love.

Thorns always produce pain, but it’s a therapeutic pain that finally teaches us to hope in, turn to and walk with God, and therefore thorns are to be considered all joy.

Because the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the greatest treasure that God has entrusted to us as believers and as a church, we must guard the purity of the Gospel from either addition or subtraction; we must affirm the sufficiency of the Gospel for salvation and Christian growth; we must protect the primacy of the Gospel over all possible competitors.

God’s people, those He has made His own from every corner of the earth, are summoned to offer unified, jubilant thanksgiving, knowing that the roots of our thanksgiving lie deep in God’s goodness, steadfast love and faithfulness.
