“It is natural to die as to be born” – Francis Bacon. *********How come that something so natural as death is so dreaded by most of us? Death is a part of life. And as much as it is certain, it brings up a lot of uncertainties. Where do we go after we die? Many religions and spiritual practices have tried to find the answer to this everlasting question. The truth is, from our human perspective, we don't know, and we can't control how and when we will die. What we can control is our reaction to a death. If we have open conversations about our death and the death of our loved ones we can feel more in peace with the inevitable. In this episode, we will introduce Daniela Eichberger who is a Death Adoula, Ecstatic Dance teacher, and an inventor of a card game that encourages people to have more open conversations about death. Interviewed by Lana Kunstek. ****Learn more about Daniela and her work, and purchase the card game here:https://danielaeichberger.com/ ***You can reach Mental Space on the following Links: ***Web: greendooraps.wixsite.com/mentalspace; ***Facebook: www.facebook.com/mentalspacedk*** You can reach Tremella Community on tremellaradio.dk or tremellaradio.eu ***
