Today’s podcast was inspired by a recent mistake that I made while on the road with my daughter, looking at colleges. I made a mistake when I put gas in our car, I accidently filled it up with diesel fuel instead of regular. Sure, it made me feel silly, but rather than get down on myself, I looked for the lesson.

Today’s episode is inspired by my daughter searching for what college she’ll be attending! Today we are going to talk through the importance of releasing the illusion of perfection, and replacing it with the strive of progress.

We all can get stuck in the slump, and today, I’m going to share with you why I believe it’s important to do so.

Today’s podcast is all about one of my favorite quotes! I even centered an entire yoga class around it, because our body’s are useful instruments, and we need to remember that. Are we neglecting our body, or are we making it a useful instrument? Today, that is just what we are going to talk about.
