The Way of Jesus is about life together. Discipleship occurs when we are intentional in living out the teachings of Jesus within community. We recognize and submit to the command of scripture to love one another and this cannot happen if our lives do not intersect.

We are a Church community in the middle of Boston. Our vision and our desire is to live as those who pursue God and practice the Way of Jesus in our time and place, with an ambition to see the fame and deeds of God renewed in our time, and to practice a powerful faith in word and deed that brings renewal to our relationships, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

In this sermon we learn what it means to live and age in faithfulness towards God and others.

We took a break from the book of Ecclesiastes to consider the cultural moment we are in. We are living in one of one of the most divisive times of our country and while the country seems to be fracturing, the church has to remain a place not defined by the politics of the day but by hope in God who restores and renews His people. Still, how do we make sense of the political madness we find ourselves in and what is the way forward for the church?

Most of us aspire to know it all, do it all, and have all the answers. That's what we hope for. But what guarantees do we have of tomorrow? If you knew what would happen to you tomorrow, how would you live today?
