Tips for devoting your attention to prayer in the morning:

1.  Create time alone, with no distractions
2.  Set a timer, and limit your wandering until it goes off
3.  List and pray
4.  Write out your prayer
5.  Get a prayer partner for accountability… “Just prayed!”
6.  If you miss a day, start again the next day. God’s grace is waiting.
