How do we return to “normal” without returning to normal? When your circumstances change and things seem to return to your normal, remember who brought you there. Don’t just use God in a time of need. Stay consistent in worship, cultivate a heart of obedience, practice generosity, and assist others in need.

Don’t believe that just because your foundation is Jesus that storms will not come. They come against everyone. Instead, take the words and teachings of Jesus and say “This is how I am going to make decisions in my life. This is what I am going to stand on.”

Sometimes we can cast judgement and not even realize we’re doing it. While it is natural to have an initial reaction when someone does something to harm us, offend us, or even talk bad about us, let’s change our perspective by incorporating these three ways to walk in the way of Jesus when it comes to judgement. 

Do your actions matter? Yes they do. But motives, the stuff that is hidden, the stuff that can be deceptive, matters even more. Listen as we uncover three acts of righteousness to help us understand.

Instead of retaliation towards your enemies what if you gave them public praise? With God in your heart it is possible. Jesus has asked us to come at this world in a different perspective. Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.

Am I willing to grow to the next level of my Christian walk? What does it look like for you to move to the next level with God? Trust God in his salvation. Rely on Jesus. Know Him, Trust Him, and feel the freedom when you do. Keep you eyes on Him. He is a loving father.

Because Jesus Is Risen we will never be the same. Will you have an encounter with Jesus and continue to live the same? Or will you be transformed and never be the same?

God speaks through people to correct us. How do you know when you are hearing God through others? Maybe your past begins to make sense, you have sense of leading into a specific direction, and maybe even a feeling of disobedience if you ignore the words.  How well are YOU listening to the person of Jesus?

The word of God through the Holy Spirit is living, active, powerful, and fresh for today. If God places a word or phrase your heart- get ready because you are going to need it.
