being happy isn't a solution its a lifestyle. you can not expect change man you have to be the change. start by your environment. open a window? dont like the smell? well then turn on a light. dont sit in darkness and complain about the dark. what sold it to me was realizing how much time ill be using anyways complaining or thinking about it so i just go ahead and do it if i notice it loops in my head. basically dont let it live in your head rent free AND dirty the dishes lol. hope that made sense. mainstream media is made to destroy you. its what keeps you silenced and stuck, always buying THEIR CURES to make THEIR BUCK. stop it. the cure is in you dude.

stuck in the never ending money glitch of negative equity. lol seriously tho why is everything rising in price but going down in volume and no one is doing anything about it? what happened to america? why are we rotting away to greed of people? why are we falling into their traps of being greedy to others aswell? its causing a desensitization to gluttony by participating. the new shiny thing is a trap. health comes first not the new car. you pay more on a car payment than you will ever consider yourself paying for health insurance. why go with the more expensive car? what about yourself?

in a world full of endless possibilities i find myself wanting to always take on more and more until i realize its a trap for myself to now not knowing what to do with the more i actually need versus the more i needed to get rid of years ago. i dont want to be sold things, i dont want an easy cure, and not caring isn't possible. i dont know how to clean my room.

every time i fall asleep i wake up with a task that i have to change something else, again and again.
