Redrawn Michigan House districts in Detroit need community input

The Michigan Independent Citizen Redistricting Commission is presenting new Michigan House of Representatives maps for Detroit districts and will be seeking public comment at events coming up in February. The 13-member commission was established in 2018 after Michigan voters passed the "Voters Not Politicians" ballot proposal.
