It's the season premiere of Meal to Reel: The Dish. Zach and Mitch are back to take on the explosive world of 90s action movies, creatively blending it with the flavors of culinary delights. Tune in as they dive headfirst into the 1990 film "Quigley Down Under," starring the legendary Tom Selleck and Laura San Giacomo. With their trademark humor and culinary pseudo-expertise, Zach and Mitch serve up a delectable review that dissects the would-be 90s Action Western and compares it to a fitting dish that'll leave you craving seconds.

In today's episode Zach and Mitch get on their soap boxes to talk about the first season of The Dish with segments such as: The Henchmen Tier List and the True Hero Awards. After talking about 10 "hit" 90s movies this season, it's time to look back and discuss our most and least favorites, what defines a good henchman, and give shout outs to the true hero's of this round of 90s action flicks.

Galaxy Quest.....the final frontier - and final episode of season 1 of The Dish with this Space Action Spoof Cult Classic. A must watch movie for any completely normal humans who definitely aren't OBGYN Cthulu aliens.  Find out what precipitated Zach's Category 5 Bum Cell (and also what that means).  There might not be any roofs in space, but there are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle aliens led by a guy that asked for "the coolio".  Join us as we dish through a pivotal historical document that really pokes fun at sci-fi nerds...very lovingly.

IMDB Description: The alumni cast of a space opera television series have to play their roles as the real thing when an alien race needs their help. However, they also have to defend both Earth and the alien race from a reptilian warlord.

On this episode, Zach and Mitch review and dish about the kooky sci-fi cult classic - The Fifth Element.  In this brain child of a 16 year old to-be director, Bruce Willis must prevent "Mr. Shadow" (yes, really) from destroying humanity.  Also, John McClain learns what its like Being [in] Mila Jovovich.  Are there roofs in this distant future to run from bad guys on, or must we settle for air ducts?  It's the episode where Zach and Mitch contemplate the status of the women's rights movement in the year 2200ish.

IMDB description:  In the colorful future, a cab driver unwittingly becomes the central figure in the search for a legendary cosmic weapon to keep Evil and Mr. Zorg at bay.

Bust out your Macintosh! It's time to hack into the mainframe for today's episode of The Dish with Zach and Mitch. Starring a rollerblading cast including Angelina Jolie, Johnny Lee Miller and Matthew Lillard, join us as we review and dish about Hackers - a flick that now calls itself a cult classic, despite the fact that it never had any idea how computers worked.

IMDB Description: Hackers are blamed for making a virus that will capsize five oil tankers.

Today we talk about Bad Boys, no, not Zach and Mitch, it’s M&M (Mike and Marcus)!  In Michael Bay’s cinematic directorial debut, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence get Freaky Friday’d by their boss to pursue their right to takesies backsies on stolen heroin.  It’s the episode where Zach and Mitch finally disagree on the watchability of a 90s movie.  Could this be the most *explosive* episode yet?

IMDB Description:  Two hip detectives protect a witness to a murder while investigating a case of stolen heroin from the evidence storage room from their police precinct.

With their first ever guest, Zach and Mitch review this widely renowned flick that changed the definition of fun for action movies to follow. Will a third ruin Zach and Mitch's pod-lationship? Do our 90s heroes run from the villan by scrambling onto Egyptian roofs? If you've ever wondered what the opposite of water is, this is the episode for you! Wrap up in bandages as the gang delves into this action/thriller/comedy starring beloved duo Brenden Fraser and Rachel Weisz, who take on an ancient evil- re-awakened arguably due to a drunken pickpocket.

IMDB Description: At an archaeological dig in the ancient city of Hamunaptra, an American serving in the French Foreign Legion accidentally awakens a mummy who begins to wreak havoc as he searches for the reincarnation of his long-lost love.

Zach and Mitch catch a hurdling rocket sled back in time to 1994 for this action hit starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. Featuring a smarmy hero who's legs all the way down, a plot of swiss cheese, and enough action to fill your plate - this movie is fun from start to finish.

IMDB Description: Max Walker, an officer for a security agency that regulates time travel, must fend for his life against a shady politician who's intent on changing the past to control the future.

Zach and Mitch are at it again with another nostalgic box office hit: Clear and Present Danger. Will Jack Ryan get a better car? Will our Buick wielding good samaritan save the day once more as our True Hero? Will Zach have another Dish-piphany?  This final installment of the 90s Tom Clancy film adaptation stars Harrison Ford's in his second and final depiction of the role.

IMDB description: CIA Analyst Jack Ryan is drawn into an illegal war fought by the US government against a Colombian drug cartel.
