After the Baltimore Ravens declined the 5th year option on Patrick Queen and traded for Bears LB Roquan Smith, the writing was on the wall that Queen was not in their long term plans.

Adam Peters, Dan Quinn & Joe Whitt Jr love fast, physical & explosive defenders.  L’Jarius Sneed is exactly that and he will be a free agent this offseason.

With Chris Jones likely to be tagged, there isn’t a whole lot of room for Sneed with the Chiefs.  Washington also may lose FA cornerback Kendall Fuller and will need a replacement.
