In today’s episode, we’re diving into a topic many avoid but Scripture speaks about clearly: Hell is real.

I share my personal testimony of an out-of-body experience I had as a teenager before I became a follower of Jesus. From there, we explore what the Bible says about Hell, reading and discussing passages such as:

• Matthew 13:42

• Matthew 13:50

• Matthew 25:46

• Revelation 14:11

• Psalm 30

This isn’t a comfortable conversation — and that’s exactly why it matters. Many believers and nonbelievers shy away from this topic because it feels heavy or controversial. But as followers of Christ, we are called to preach the truth of God’s Word in love. Scripture gives us vivid descriptions and warnings, yet too often we remain silent out of fear of addressing sin.

In this new season of Reflect His Light, we are choosing boldness over comfort. We will not stay silent about biblical truth — including the reality of Hell — because eternity matters, and so do souls.

Have you been struggling with obeying to what God has called you to do? Are you constantly worrying about what God's will is for your life?

This week on Reflect His Light podcast we are unraveling what is God's will for our life and how can we learn to submit to God's will. Throughout the bible we can learn what God's will is for our life, and we read stories of the ones who submitted and fulfilled His great plans. One person specifically came to this world to submit to God's will- Jesus.

Today scripture focus is Matthew 26:38-39

"Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

Nobody ever talks about the weight or suffering that comes with submission. In today's episode our host Savana, shares a recent testimony of what it looks like when we submit to God's will when it is outside of the plans we had for our life.
