Jesus: fully God, fully man, a man still alive and well.

Let us look for reasons to celebrate the life that God is bringing about in others, even those from whom we have distanced ourselves.

The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness (Ps.41:3).

In what areas have you witnessed the fingerprint of God in and around your life?

The Psalm writer cried out to God in the midst of his distress. We have much to learn from him.

Does your life proclaim the truths that David, Jesus, and others have echoed through the centuries?

Perfect love casts out the fear of the other, the fear of rejection, the fear of embracing others fully, because we know that God is in it.

We do not need to fear, because God cares for us.

We can take comfort in knowing that when we feel all alone in our broken-heartedness, God hears us, God sees us, and God is close to us.

The way to pursue peace is to turn our hearts from evil and to do good.
