Hey hey Warriors!
We are back, this time with a reflection, card reading, and of course some tangible tools and tips, 'cause y'all know my style, its both energetics and strategy!
As you listen to this episode, cozy up with your notebook, or even just a cuppa warm tea or hot cocoa, and soak up the reading, allow it to wash over you and may you truly see the goodness that lies within your growth and celebrate how far you've come.
As the new year approaches, may you reflect on the year that has passed and seek full and true self-expression. May you forever step into your leadership and choose to go first in self-trust and total surrender.
And may you always celebrate the divinely unique gift that is YOU and continue to share your light with the world and those who need it most!

--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/reflectionsofawarrior/messageThe podcast is back party people and it is here to stay! What can I say?! The last year or two have been an incredible awakening and homecoming. This first episode of season 2 is just that! This was a training I hosted in my signature mastermind group, which I felt fitting to release as a first podcast episode after an almost 2 year hiatus!
Plug in with a warm cuppa cacao or tea... or even some chilled vino... as you take in this episode. 2020 has been an intense year of change, growth, uncertainty, expanse, and much more. It has taught us to give ourselves compassion and grace and extend it to one another. It has forced us to level up and rise. It has brought us home to ourselves, and instead of sweeping things under the rug, it has forced us to confront all illusions and see truth for what it truly is, no matter how hard it is to do so.
That said, this episode is a riff on all things mindset, heartset, emotions, entrepreneurship, storytelling, connection with your community and audience, keeping it real on social media and #IRL as I always say.

--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/reflectionsofawarrior/messageThis week on the podcast I share an episode I recorded with a dear author turned friend, Nia Pycior. When I first read her story in her first coauthor book, "You've Got This, Mama, Too," I felt like I was staring at a kindred spirit. Our journeys, though different, were so similar. We are both women who have PCOS but thrive. We are both wives and mamas, and we both love writing and editing!
Nia is the product of a Jamaican mother and an American father and takes great pride in her Caribbean roots. Her heritage is often reflected in her diverse perspective on many topics, as well as in outbursts of Patois (Jamaican dialect) when excited, startled, or upset. Nia is always analyzing her life from the perspective of her deathbed, a habit that stemmed from her six years as a hospice social worker. This is how she determines if something is worth doing, saying, or risking. With that in mind, she started a blog, Perfect for the Pocket, where she shares her thoughts on various subjects, including her journey through infertility and in-vitro fertilization (IVF) in order to banish the stigma, shame, and loneliness that can shroud this health condition. She’s been a stay-at-home mama for over a year, and she spends her days managing her vivacious and dramatic two-year-old daughter and one-year-old little boy! In between household duties and daydreaming about the next meal, she fights her natural introverted tendencies by deliberately maintaining a social life. Nia has been married to the love of her life for seven years and lives within minutes of all her in-laws, whom she adores. She is passionate about her faith, family, and good food and enjoys a glass of single malt Scotch, neat. She considers herself a constant work in progress and hopes to be remembered for trying to help others by being vulnerable and sharing her experiences.

These next few weeks on the podcast, I will be featuring the Mama Tribe! Who are these women? They are soul-mamas, boss mamas, mentors, sisters, friends, confidantes, and honestly, a special part of my heart and an integral part of my life and sanity. They are also my fellow co-authors who have written some pretty badass, powerful AF, and raw stories in the popular best-selling series on all things empowered and aligned motherhood, "You've Got This, Mama."
Sabrina is a 2x bestselling author and the mastermind behind this popular motherhood guidebook series, which has been coined “Chicken Soup for the Mama Soul” by numerous publications. She is the founder of YGTMAMA Inc., a company built on love and focused on inclusive resources and opportunities for mothers. Sabrina also curates a popular collective blog space and is the host of You’ve Got This, Mama—The Podcast.
Sabrina is an aspiring philanthropist who knew from a young age that there was no box for her to comfortably fit into and that her life needed be one by design. After ten years of traveling, modeling, and volunteering overseas, she found home base back in Ontario, Canada where she was born and decided to earn her degree in education and developmental psychology to accredit her world-changing efforts. It did not take long for her to realize that her superpowers lay in entrepreneurship and coaching others to discover their potential. She is a certified NLP practitioner and clarity coach for mamas. She is the Eastern Canada Ambassador for Mamas for Mamas, an award-winning charity that supports mothers in crisis and provides ongoing support to low-income mamas and their kids. Their mission is a future in which no mama or child is left behind.
When she is not writing or attempting to save the world, you will likely find her exploring her wild feminine in nature, near water or momming hard to her three awesome boys; Oliver (13), Sterling (4) and Walker (2).

With the year coming to a close (can you believe there are only 2 months left of this decade before we start a new one?!), we are back with more episodes, a helluva lotta epic growth, and raw, vulnerable shares!
2019 has been a year of healing, growth, forgiveness, and acceptance for Tania. Always one to reflect on every moment, every season, every event, Tania doesn't believe in coincidences--just intentional, aligned shifts that take place through Divine guidance.
In this episode, Tania talks about learning to shift the mental and emotional dialogue that takes place within, learning to discern who you are listening to, learning to identify the signs in your life--recognize when God/the Universe is laying out your path right before you, overcoming resistance, and trusting that you will be supported.
She talks about the power of the right sisterhood and support system, learning to re-parent yourself and healing your self-worth and self-confidence after traumatic experiences. She talks about getting out of your own way.
