If Xbox Game Pass games keep having major AAA game releases and a Starfield 60fps isn't possible on the Xbox Series X it will be a major blow to the platform.

The PlayStation Showcase 2023 is shaping up to be too much for one show. The latest Playstation leaks are claiming that where will be a Playstation Konami deal along with a Metal Gear Solid remake announcement. If a Metal Gear Solid 3 remake is coming, a Playstation exclusive deal would be huge.

There is also the potential Playstation Q Lite handheld that will require a Playstation 5 console. There will also likely be new Marvel's Spider Man 2 gameplay along with another Wolverine game trailer. It's obviously that Final Fantasy 16 gameplay will be included and the Playstation live service games as well.

After we saw E3 cancelled and Summer Game Fest 2023 landing in June I was thinking that the Sony Playstation Showcase 2023 will also land in early June. But a new Jeff Grubb leak is pointing to late May.

With all the latest Diablo 4 news and info I feel like this game is made for nobody. There will be a Diablo IV Developer Update live stream about Diablo 4 seasons explained, but I still feel there is so much contradiction in this game. Especially when you start looking at the Diablo 4 endgame gameplay.

Anytime there is a Diablo 4 live stream we try to cover it, but the endgame stream didn't really change my confidence in this games approach to all its systems. I believe that both hardcore and casual players will find this game unappealing and I will walk through all the systems and explain why.

The Phil Spencer Kind of Funny interview makes something very clear to me, he is fed up. While he owns what happened with Redfall reviews as well as pointing to the Xbox Showcase 2023 and the Starfield Direct showcase, it is very clear to me that is not happy with Xbox and Microsoft right now.

While we wait to hear more about Avowed, Hellblade 2, or see actual Starfield gameplay in action, This Phil Spencer interview gives us a glimpse into the future of the Xbox Series X as well as Xbox Game Pass games coming down the pipe. The Starfield showcase will hopefully not be the only shining spot of the summer for Xbox.

The Xbox Games Showcase 2023 is right around the corner, so what is needed? All eyes are on the Starfield direct but what about the rest of the Xbox games that should be there? What about Xbox Game Pass games and updates? There is a lot to discuss.

For man, the Starfield showcase is all that matters. We are promised more Starfield gameplay which at this point is desperately needed. But Microsoft has a lot of great games in under their umbrella. I am hoping to see Hellblade 2, Avowed, Perfect Dark, and Outer Worlds 2. But what about Forza Motorsport 8 and Fable or Everwild from Rare? And we can't forget Gears 6 and State of Decay 3 might also be there.

The Xbox Games Showcase will be livestreamed on June 11 at 10am PT and we will be co-streaming it.

Practically every Redfall review I found ranges from incredibly critical and negative to mediocre and lukewarm. So I have to ask, who is to blame? Many were looking to the Redfall release date as the beginning of Xbox in 2023 especially after the Bethesda deal.

After my own short stint with Redfall gameplay I can confirm what virtually every review has said. When folks blamed the Redfall IGN gameplay footage on the player I tried to point out all the problems even in the Redfall montage that was circulating.

Redfall is a first-person shooter video game developed by Arkane Studios Austin and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game is released for Windows and Xbox Series X/S on May 2, 2023.

The latest Sony earnings report shows an increase in acquisition spending in addition to rolling out more Playstation PC ports. The Xbox Activision deal blocked by the CMA has me asking, what is the future of Xbox? I will be discussing this with @30nsg in our weekly podcast segment. Before this week the Microsoft Activision Blizzard deal seemed good to go, but not now.

Jim Ryan, Phil Spencer, and Sony did a lot of discussion about COD and the possibility of a Call of Duty Xbox exclusive. The future of Xbox game pass games may end up very light without the ABK deal.
