Today we look at the letter to the church at Smyrna.

We start a new series looking at the letters to seven churches in Revelation and taking a spiritual inventory of our local church and our lives. In the first letter, to the church at Ephesus, we see the importance of love for God, for each other, and for the lost in the local church and in the life of the believer.

This week, we are reminded of the definition of love and its importance, then encouraged to walk in love.

This week, we are in Matthew 11:25-30, looking at the sovereign grace of God.

This morning, in Romans 8, we see that we have all that we need in Christ, including forgiveness, power over sin, and assurance of future salvation. And so we see that we should then be who we are in Christ.

On this Easter, we look at how the resurrection was the climax of God's amazing power and grace towards us.
