Did you know Berlin hosted the Olympic Games in 1936? (Me either until recently!) Hitler was of course all for it as he wanted to show the world how great he and Nazi Germany was - but why did the world allow it to go ahead? It's a pretty crazy story.
With so much talk about the Opening Ceremony in Paris and the Feast of Dionysus, I realised a lot of people might not know the origins of the Olympics. So here's a brief recap of its long and illustrious history and whether or not the Romans were the reason they stopped.
After spending so many weeks researching the timeline of our species, I felt the next story to tell should be about religion and belief as it is so intertwined with our own history.

Subscribing, liking, commenting and sharing really help boost the channel and keep me creating content.
Following on from last week's episode, we continue our story of Homo Sapiens and expose the world's worst mass killer.

In 2017 I wrote a musical for the London stage called Blink of an Eye. In 2022 I wrote the sequel which I performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and in 2023 the one-man gay rom-com was refined into a wonderful yet emotional piece of theatre.
Today's episode is the first part detailing the entire history of my stage show, Blink.
