Last week we dove into the history of gay men and this week we're doing the same with transgender people. How far back do records go? Who was the first trans person to be documented?
1950s? 1850s? Think a lot further back.
In today's episode, we travel through the timeline of our species to discover the answer and just like last week, you may feel pretty emotional by the end. I certainly was.

Many people now spend most of our lives on social media. When interviewed, a lot of young people say they even get their news from social media. And whereas there are interesting and informative articles and videos, they are mingled with so much filler, it's difficult to learn anything.
But learning is what our brains crave and now there are so many ways we can expand our minds in just a few minutes a day - without it being boring.

What would you do if you were in a park with friends and people in masks started harrassing you? Calling you racist, sexist or homophobic slurs. Telling you they will hurt you or for you to hurt yourself.
In today's episode we'll be discussing The Faceless and what we can do to about them.

Today is the 29th March 2024 which is exactly ten years since same-sex marriage was legalised in England and Wales. Scotland was a little slower, passing the law in December 2014 and Northern Ireland was a lot slower, only passing the law in 2020, just four years ago. But that does
Today we celebrate the anniversary, talking about same-sex marriage around the globe and just how much work needs to be done before we reach global equality.

How did the Egyptians build the pyramids thousands of years ago using sticks and stones when we barely have the technology to build them today?
For the first time ever, I will reveal the truth. It will shock many of you and at first will be so incredible you will not believe it. But just give me 20 minutes of your day and I will prove to you the truth on this week’s podcast, entitled: How the Egyptians REALLY built the pyramids.

I was in Yorkshire two weeks ago and once back home, my brother tested positive for Covid. Knowing I was exposed and not wanting to spread it, I self-isolated for ten days, just in case. But it appears this is not common practice and some people believe we shouldn't even talk about Covid anymore as they believe it's no different than a cold.
Am I from an alternate universe which collided with this one where the pandemic wasn't so bad?
