Being an employee at an established company, if you want to be an entrepreneur if you can work an established company for a year just to see what being an employee is like so you know what to offer your employee so you can make an competitive offer when your business is up and running to hire the best employee.   its the best free education for starting a business as you will experience first hand the struggles and reality of progressing up the ladder yourself so that you could maybe set realistic standards for climbing the ladder in your company so you accomplish what you want while not over burdening your employees so you have a high turnover rate.

we made it to the 10th week closer to making it to employee status that 9th week in the hot seat was real important for the 10th week.

starting this podcast I never knew how far I could take it but I reach a point where it did became a passion. So when it became a passion ideas came on how to make it better. Snippets was one way to increase the quality but it was still a hobby I was trying to monetize. I couldn't be investing  a lot of money in it when its not making money as yet. So I found a free tool that was able to accomplish the task. but there was limitation in what the free version could do. so eventually it was going to  have to pay for it. fast-forward to now. I'm employed and getting paycheck to I actually had the chance to invest in the individual package which a somewhat a small percentage of my paycheck every month. So by just starting you passion it doesn't, have to be the best at the start, just your best foot forward and one day you'll be in the position that you'll be able to make monetary investment to your passion to increase your  quality. but you'll get to reach that point if you don't start. I didn't know I was going to reach this point. but this level would be reached if I never started.

who would I've made it to 3 months. So much I learned just being at a well established company. and there's so much more I could learn as I'm somewhat still at the bottom

we made it to the end of the first month of 2023 might as well continue the updates haha. ending this month not good or bad but more positive going into February 

the ninth week they have me in the hot seat like WOW. but it was for the good because I am going into the 10th week better than ever

we're in the second year of the home ownership. we made past the first year and accomplish a lot of goals but the problems aren't all gone as yet. next issue to expect is roaches, ants....and rats ( or other unwanted animals) messing with the cleanliness of the home. So you will have to deal with that. this could a recurring issue or you could try to find the root problem and fix it. fixing the root problem though might be time consuming and cost a lot money which you may not have so a temporary fix  may be a the best option initially, but time have to be taken to see if you can find the root problem where the issue is coming from and find a solution.

the ability to do multiple things at once. that's one of the skill I have to employ in my work now. and prior to this many people mention to able to multi-task. which I don't deny. but for me multi-tasking is the ability to do both task without the quality dropping. 

nothing much to say about this week but I'm closer to becoming a employee. but one new development is that I now have ability to have Bonuses now. So based on my performance me I can get more than my base pay so Base pay + bonuses every paycheck  WOW. so that's the benefit to pushing through those early weeks and the longer I stay more benefit to unlock because I'm still not a full employee as yet.
