The judge in the John Eastman Chapman University emails case has ruled in favor of the January 6th committee; Stephen Miller’s MOM files a lawsuit for him against the 1/6 committee to block a phone records subpoena; Mesa County Colorado clerk Tina Peters and deputy Belina Kinsley have been indicted on a combined 17 counts for breaching their own county’s voter database and leaking it to the pillow man; and the Texas Bar Association has decided to refer Sidney Powell for disbarment or suspension.
