Jonathan Mischke went from the A-List of the experiential marketing game (think a client list that included Apple, Google, Facebook, Beats by Dre, Kellogg’s, and Activision) to wondering if the 30 years he spent in that industry were somehow going the wrong way in life.
On the other side of deep existential questioning and panic, he's come out in a thriving entrepreneurial role helping great causes that help the planet and humanity, on a career path of more meaningful contribution.
He takes us through the steps that helped him get in touch with his true purpose in the world, exercises we can do to get in touch with our own innate gifts, how we can contribute to changing the consciousness of humanity to help the trajectory the planet is on, and steps to activate synchronistic support from the universe.
I was so happy to meet Jonathan at the Conscious Entrepreneur Summit in Boulder, Colorado and I know you'll get as much out of this conversation as I did!

My goal with this episode is to give you the big sister talk I wish I'd gotten when I was turning 30! There's so much stigma, pressure, and other unnecessary societal conditioning around turning 30, and that our worth as women plummets when we hit that number.
I've found 100% of these to be completely untrue. My mental, physical, financial health and overall happiness is honestly better than it's ever been, and I feel like culturally we do a terrible job of educating women about the opportunity, empowerment, and happiness waiting for us on the other side of 30. I'm here to tell you that your ability to serve your mission in the world, your confidence, and really everything about your life will improve drastically once you hit 30 - not the other way around.
Thanks for being patient with me as I've taken a break from publishing episodes over the summer! More coming soon.
P.S. I'm teaching a free webinar all about how to win on social media on September 18, 12pm-1pm Mountain Time. It's been a wild ride since my last podcast episode, and I'm so excited to explore how we can use challenging experiences (I've had TWO near-death experiences in the past month and a half - !) and science fiction to greatly deepen our relationship with our creativity and help us use it for good.
Basically, I'm weaving together everything I've learned from my recent wild life experiences and my current Dune obsession - the books, not the movies - to give you juice you can use to fuel the creative aspects of your great work in the world.
To check out a real-life Dune transformation, head to this video by Andrew Millison to see the Great Green Wall being grown across Africa to stop the march of the Sahara desert.

I catch you up on what happened last year, why I paused production on the podcast for part of last year, going insanely viral, and what's happening with that TV show contract (?!?).
Then I take you through the journey of explosive growth Jennings Creative Agency went through last year, sharing 3 common pitfalls aspiring ethical entrepreneurs run into (I know because I fell into them headfirst and had to learn the hard way!) and 3 must-have steps for you in structuring your business.
I'm so thrilled to be here with you for season FOUR of this podcast, and excited to share mini-episodes mixed in with interviews with a focus on entrepreneurship this year.

Unpacking my approach to the quest so many of us are on to thrive in this movement, and how I’ve shifted my entire business structure to reflect a better way to be paid for my skill sets and use my creativity.
After a rude awakening last year after being fired when I asked for a raise with a client of two years (in my consulting and planting business - !), and getting turned down for multiple raises because “it’s more cost effective to just replace you,” I’ve been on a mission to figure out how to reach financial empowerment in a way that still serves the greater good, honors my unique makeup, and doesn’t leave me ridiculously burnt out.
There’s still a lot to learn, but I’m finding that a combination of digital offerings and helping others amplify their message is a great way to both tap into my creativity and be paid at a level that genuinely feels good to me!
I hope that these insights are helpful to you, especially in regards to how to structure the way you’re compensated for your services and how to think creatively about working with clients. Because if financial and creative empowerment isn’t part of the regenerative revolution we’re creating, I don’t know what is!
Love,
Jennings
In this raw and real episode, Jennings and Guest Zachary Marlow get candid about the mental health and emotional aspects of being part of this whole saving-the-planet movement. Recently faced with a strong wave of helpless feelings after attending Bioneers conference, Jennings has been dealing with this heavily for the past week and Marlow offers his insight, support, and perspective as another revolutionary walking this path of trying to make things radically better. It's not always easy to be part of this movement, and the hope with this episode is that you feel camaraderie with us as we open up and share our journeys and how we're dealing on this path. This is a vulnerable episode and hopefully it helps you feel a sense of community with us, this broader movement, and feel less alone.
