The City of Galva has acquired a pair of buildings with a lot of history but the question is can they be rehabbed or do they need to come down. On the agenda was a closer look at Zen City, the group that presented a Zoom presentation to the City Council on Monday evening. The company is hoping to get a contract to provide the City a service that would offer a comprehensive look at what people are saying about the City on social media. The contract with Zen City was on the agenda for Monday night but was tabled due to a pair of Council Members not being at the meeting. Other items discussed included a vehicle leasing program for the Kewanee Police Department, a pair of Zoning Board recommendations, and a reminder regarding this Saturday's Citywide Clean Up in Kewanee.

All vehicles delivering items to be disposed of must be hand unloadable and drivers must have proof of Kewanee residence to participate in the Clean Up.

Taking a detour in the realm of television in this edition of Sean at the Movies. Writer-Director Sharisse Zeroonian is the creator of a series currently available on Amazon Prime called One Plus One is Two. It's a story that takes mental health from the perspective of a father and daughter who are reconstructing the life of their wife and mother for a book and the many memories and revelations that arise from such an endeavor. I was lucky to have the chance to talk with Sharisse Zeroonian about this unique show and its equally unique and compelling birth as a creative project.

The Sherrard Tigers have started the season 0-4 but Coach Brandon Johnston has seen growth in his young team. It's that growth that he hopes will show when Sherrard plays Morrison in Sherrard's Homecoming Game. The Morrison Mustangs come into the game also 0-4 and searching for their first win.
