We talked to Cory Chalmers about what business owners need to know about cleaning, deep cleaning and if they are going to hire someone to deep clean their business. Kewanee Mayor Gary Moore joined WKEI to discuss Monday night's Kewanee City Council Meeting. The Mayor responded to criticism from Councilman Mike Yaklich regarding the contract between the City of Kewanee and the Village of Neponset and defended the contract process and the vote, on Monday night, that extended the contract for another year. The Mayor also addressed the deal between the City of Kewanee and Cambridge Telecommunications Service to provide high speed fiber internet in Kewanee. Mike Yaklich is standing his ground, he doesn't like the math behind the contract between the City of Kewanee and the Village of Neponset for EMS services. Councilman Yaklich had strong criticism of Mayor Gary Moore whom he claims has helped to fast track this contract without proper vetting. In this interview, Mr Yaklich reiterates how he feels the numbers should be viewed, something he shared in a release to WKEI prior to last night's vote in favor of the continuing contract. Mr Yaklich promises he will continue to take issue with this contract and others as long as he is a member of the Council.

She's also had a high profile role in Jurassic World along with appearing on every comedy podcast. She's one of the most beloved and respected comedy podcasters working today with her collaboration with Comedy Bang Bang and her own beloved podcast With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus. Her latest effort is a new Netflix comedy called The Wrong Missy which debuts on September 13th. Today we covered the latest numbers, 62 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Henry County, 1 in Stark County and the statewide numbers, 79,007 confirmed cases in Illinois so far. 3,459 people have died from COVID-19 since the outbreak began in the state of Illinois. The data has reached a point where the Henry and Stark County Health Department is set to release more new information related to COVID-19 in the next day or so.
