"Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers." -Ephesians 4:29 NKJV
Some times we say stupid things we don't mean. Sometimes we say things because we're ignorant. We all have said something we regret, but we've all also had something said to us that we regret. Leveraging both sides of that experience may be the key to forgiving those who wronged us as well as motivating us to be more careful about what we say.
