If you really want to get me on a roll, get me started about health & wellness. More specifically, diet culture. We are a people set free and yet, many of us have put ourselves back in chains. Diet and body shame is not just a health issue, it's a heart issue. Listen in to this very important episode that just might change your life. 

In order for God to create the universe, He had to be there before it's creation. Kind of hard to wrap your head around that one, isn't it? Although the creation of everything was a long, long time ago, this can and should give us tremendous comfort and reassurance that our surrender to Him is in very safe hands. Over and over and over again, the Lord has a way of showing me how I continue to put my trust in things I can see. If I'm honest, those things give me security and so I hoard all of my resources like time, money, and knowledge.
