We sabotage ourselves and miss out on so much.  Self-love,Which is defined as "love of self" or "regard for one's own happiness. We talk on the importance of loving ourselves, the reasons why we feel the way we do and the joy and confidence found in accepting our failures and using it become great.

With Covid-19 on the rise and Doctors and Nurses begging for states to take action!!  In fact, some states are taking action, but it’s what some may consider a bit extreme actions.....  

Do you think that the actions are an encroachment on our rights as Americans?  Or 

Do you think that the actions being taken are needed if we want to get a handle on the spread and flatten the curve?
