Hey, Clemson Family, it's time to take a look at D.J. Uiagalelei, Cade Klubnik and the rest of the Tigers' performance in their convincing 41-10 win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets -- and in particular how the quarterbacks are bringing thoughts of some fairly recent Clemson football history, although probably NOT what you're thinking of when that phrase comes to mind. Head coach Dabo Swinney mentioned some communication issues with the offense, we'll take a look at that. The defense did a lot of things worthy of praise, while also showing some weak spots in a Week 1 performance that carried the day while the offense took some time to get its sea legs under it. Defensive tackle Bryan Bresee looked ready for prime time in the Monday night game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, which counted as a home game for Tech even though it was off campus, and behind him linebackers Barrett Carter and Trenton Simpson had huge games -- but defensive end K.J. Henry commanded the spotlight with a monster effort that led a strong performance showing why expectations have been high for Wes Goodwin's defense this season. And we'll have a surprise guest at the end who will keep our opinions in check in a few areas, another longtime sports journalist who keeps tabs on the Tigers as well.
