COVID flipped the script for the workplace and talent.  We can hardly get through an episode without saying this!  And while the pandemic has seen a wave of negative impacts, it also offered opportunity for change. It brought perspective on what’s important and unlocked a huge amount of potential for a new way of operating. People are altered since COVID and if organizations want to attract and retain key talent, they have to recognize and plan for this.  Joining us on this week's show is Ger Finn, the Senior Director of People Strategy, Operations and Innovation at Twitter, to discuss the inevitable evolution of the EVP. We’ll be looking at how priorities for workers have shifted, why community is so important in a remote/hybrid world and, also, what can (and should) be done to retain employees in this current atmosphere of mass exodus and resignations.
