Tune in to this episode: Your New Sensual Practice: Expanded O's with Susan Bratton
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ The expanded orgasm practice allows women to extend the moment of climax. It's done in a delicate, sensitive way that nurtures pleasure on both sides while empowering the woman to take ownership of her turn-on and be in tune with her feelings.
✔️ Women, stop having sex like a man! We need to take the pressure off ourselves to get to climax right away. Release performance anxiety and savor every love-making session by acknowledging your unique anatomy and needs.
✔️ Slow and gentle is better! Teach your man to allow space for your appetite to build and to stay on pace with what you want. There's nothing more exciting than a confident woman who's turned on!
✔️ What's in it for men? The expanded orgasm practice gives men the chance to be truly connected to their partner's arousal with the right technique and skillful listening — women don't have to fake it when it's real!
✔️ Know the five strokes to reach maximum pleasure. Once you apply these opening and calming strokes, you're not merely touching your partner, but also truly connecting with the warmth and aliveness of their skin.

Growing up, women have been conditioned to be chronic people pleasers. We've been taught to just nod and accept whatever comes our way. But this mindset doesn't actually work in our favor.
Mind Unf*cker Krisha Young aims to help women break unhealthy patterns of self-betrayal and have the courage to set gracious boundaries with the people around them.
Saying no can be an act of love and service. Release your old beliefs and start creating a life that aligns with and supports your truth.
Tune in to this episode: Just Say No: Creating Better Boundaries with Krisha Young
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Boundaries are a communication tool to get your needs met. We all have preferences, which when compromised, can tend to lead to resentment.
✔️ Follow the PEACE principle! This is what boundaries do for us:
Protect us from boundary violators
Energize us
Affirm our truth
Give confidence and clarity to speak up
Empower us
✔️ You can't change people, so take personal responsibility. You're here because of childhood wounding and patterns, just like everyone else. Have compassion and work on empowering and healing yourself.
✔️ Equip yourself with the right tools. Often, we don't know how to respond when our boundaries are crossed. Krisha shares techniques on how to deal with that.
✔️ Boundaries are a way for us to let people in at the right distance. Instead of putting up walls, we need to be more self-loving and set our boundaries with graciousness.
Mind Unf*cker and Founder of the Pattern Release Coaching Framework, Krisha Young teaches successful entrepreneurs how to have healthy boundaries and release old patterns of self-betrayal. She's an entrepreneur, coach, published author, and mom of two boys who lives in Vancouver, Canada.

So many powerful female entrepreneurs struggle with finding the best relationship and striking the balance between love and career.
While it's impossible to be the "perfect" partner, mom, and business owner at the same time, all it takes is being honest and realistic about what we want.
African Shaman Makhosi Nejeser joins us to share her personal experience and expertise as a parent-slash-businesswoman. Get to know how she cultivated a healthy marriage that suits her needs and personality, and how you can do it, too!
Tune in to this episode: Having It All: Success and Love with Makhosi Nejeser
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Shift away from roles and into responsibilities. You and your partner possess unique strengths. Sit down and delegate tasks according to who can do them best – and it doesn't have to adhere to societal expectations!
✔️ Schedule regular meetings. Do a quarterly check-in on your vision as a family and where you want it to go while honoring each other's needs. Get everyone engaged with important aspects of the household, such as daily meals!
✔️ Be honest with finances. While having separate ones, set up a joint savings account where you and your partner contribute according to your current income. This money can be for activities or items that you as a couple or the whole family can enjoy.
✔️ Know each other's values and communicate through them. If you're the passionate, imaginative type while your partner's the realist, make him understand your plans by speaking his language. Present data. Weigh the pros and cons. Estimate the possible cost.
✔️ Allow yourself to receive support. Let go of control! Don't be afraid to ask for help – especially with self-development. We're destined to do great things, but our loved ones want to contribute to our dreams too.
You are an amazing woman with a big vision. And your personal life can still flourish as you hit one huge goal at a time!
Makhosi Nejeser is an authentic African Shaman, specializing in personal development and energetic alignment. She is a human potential expert and spiritual ascension master. Makhosi helps create powerful transformations that amplify success, and she teaches individuals how to achieve limitless abundance through energetic alignment.
Through her groundbreaking modality, The Energetics of Euphoria, Makhosi teaches her clients and Guides to ground themselves in the feeling of bliss, calling in the State of Euphoria on a whim regardless of external circumstances.

I come to you today in a state of grief.
I've recently lost a teacher and soul friend, Sally Kempton. With this recent loss, I've been reflecting on my teachings around love being the fundamental nature of life.
Our current society has often glorified moving on and snapping out of grief as quickly as possible.
But I invite you today to welcome this beautiful emotion into your heart and allow it… to help you explore the deepness of your ability to feel and get in touch with what makes you human.
Tune in to this episode: Allowing Grief To Open You
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Grief is a portal into the depth of love beyond the physical. Although your deceased loved one is no longer in this world, grief is the connecting thread that binds you. As long as you keep kindling the fire, you'll never be apart.
✔️ Avoiding our emotions blocks us from accessing who we really are. Skating along the surface of our feelings leaves us with unfulfilling relationships. Don't be afraid of getting in touch with the raw love in your heart.
✔️ Let yourself grieve. Let it crack you open. Embrace its presence. Isn't it amazing that this beautiful feeling you have is the foundation of all life?
✔️ Use grief to teach you to discover the beauty of your heart. It shouldn't be anything to be ashamed of. Emotions connect us with other living beings. Find how grief feels in your body, and bring it back out into the world as love.

When we're in a bad mood, we often create more wreckage than necessary.
If we did things a little differently, we could make space to feel our feelings while keeping our relationships strong and connected.
With only one day left on our Paris trip, my phone was stolen, and I was so focused on the pictures I lost that I was allowing it to wreck our last 24 hours of fun, until my fiancé Patrick put his foot down and I agreed to shift my state.
We were able to navigate this tricky situation with tips that I'll be sharing to help you shift your mood and shield your loved ones from unnecessary conflict.
Tune in to this episode: When You're in a Bad Mood.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ When bad things happen, give yourself grace! Let people around you know that you need some space to decompress. This prevents you from venting your frustrations on your loved ones and prevents long-term wreckage.
✔️ Ready to shift? Try box breathing. But if you're not prepared to change, don't force it! If you're ready, do several rounds of inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding, each one for the same count of (at least) four, depending on your comfort level with holding out your exhale.
✔️ Sweat out the bad mood! If breathing exercises aren't for you, get moving. Dance to your favorite song. Pound a pillow. Masturbate. Take a walk or do any rigorous physical activity to shift your state for the better.
✔️ Steer your attention somewhere else. When we're pissed, our attention tends to focus itself inward. The key is to get out of your head – step outside. Spend time in nature. Look at something beautiful. Pet cute puppies at the animal shelter. Do what feels good to shift your focus.
Don't let your nervous system control you! You have more power to shift your state than you might believe. If you don't want to, no problem! Take your time, and consider how you could be affecting the people around you by choosing to stay where you are.

What's your course of action in the face of adversity?
It can be all too easy to fall into the trap of despair and self-blame.
But entrepreneur and cancer thriver Nika Stewart chooses to look at the bright side and find creative ways to have fun and thrive no matter what challenges life brings her way.
You don't have to go through hard times all alone. Learn to seek support, let go of shame around your hardships, follow your intuition in designing a recovery process that feels good to you, and unpack the life lessons in this challenging time of your life.
Tune in to this episode: A Counterintuitive Approach to Conquering Adversity with Marie-Elizabeth Mali and Nika Stewart.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Go through it in a way that feels good to you. Being diagnosed with cancer is a well-documented process that many people have experienced. But Nika's intuition encouraged her to do things differently.
✔️ Document your experience. Everyone faces and has to overcome some kind of adversity. Write yours down. Take photos and videos, and share your story online. You'll never know who will be uplifted and inspired by your content.
✔️ Imperfection creates connection. Don't wait to put on makeup before getting on camera. Allow people to fall in love with your authentic self. You're also giving permission for others to show up as they are!
✔️ Find the funny in your situation. Vulnerability can mean looking for humor in your situation. While cancer can be depressing for most, Nika chose to turn it around. What's more hilarious than automatically grabbing a barrette even though you have no more hair?
✔️ Be grateful for the lessons. What is this challenge trying to teach you? This setback could be your chance to review your life trajectory and design it the way you want to.
You don't have total control over your life circumstances. But you can take charge of how you feel about them.
As a working mom, entrepreneur, social media influencer, and cancer thriver, Nika Stewart offers a powerful message of resilience. Nika helps entrepreneurs show up and shine on video as the unique, brilliant superstars that they are, so they can get the recognition they deserve and make a meaningful impact as they grow their businesses. She's on a mission to inspire other women to defy the expected and create their own paths to joy and fulfillment.

Happy Fourth of July! As we celebrate our independence, I invite you to reframe this holiday as more than just liberation from an oppressive regime.
Even if we as a collective have survived this harsh experience, sometimes this oppressiveness gets recreated – especially in our relationships.
We find ourselves in the same unhealthy patterns and dynamics with different people.
In this episode, I invite you to reflect on our interconnectedness – how we treat the world and the people we meet affect everything around us.
Tune in to this episode: Happy Interdependence Day!
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Interdependence is an elevated way of approaching life. It's a necessary part of our survival and moves us closer to the truth of what's really going on.
✔️ Free yourself from limiting beliefs! What are the habitual patterns that you would like to change? This could be what is holding you back from imagining a better possibility for your life.
✔️ Consider how oppression shows up in your life. You could have liberated yourself from your family's oppressive conditioning but it reoccurs in your workplace or a spiritual community.
✔️ Be independent as you exist in the world. Being free involves interrogating all the different ways you're imprisoning yourself – in your thinking, conditioning, and societal expectations.
What are some spots in your life that you want to be free from? Take the first step in showing up that honors yourself and others and create that space of freedom.

Conscious living means being aware of your beliefs, feelings, and perception of your current situation and making aware choices.
That said, having this level of self-awareness doesn't guarantee sunshine and rainbows in your relationships. You or your partner could still be making decisions on auto-pilot.
Best-selling author and Conscious Living coach Jackie Woodside shares her expertise on how to be conscious in every aspect of your life, break your ego-addiction, and develop mindfulness through different techniques.
Tune in to this episode: Elements of Conscious Relationships with Jackie Woodside.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Master your ego. Even without a substance addiction, you could be hooked on being always right. If there are problems that repeatedly surface in your life, you could be the issue — which is a hard and necessary pill to swallow.
✔️ Apply conscious habits in your daily life. Work with a therapist or a coach. Do self-reflective and gratitude journaling. Meditate for at least a minute to center yourself and release stress (quick but effective!).
✔️ Be committed to each other's happiness. Let whoever feels the strongest about something win! Let go of the need to always get your way. Stepping back and asking for a neutral outsider's opinion can also help.
✔️ The health of the relationship is top priority. Make choices for the good of the relationship instead of clinging to your personal agenda.
✔️ Don't make the other person wrong for what you need. Clearly communicate what you want and don't force it on your partner if they're not ready to change.
Jackie Woodside is a USA TODAY and four-time Amazon bestselling author, TEDx speaker, international trainer, and professional coach. She is the founder of the Curriculum for Conscious Living and the Conscious Living Summit, and trains coaches around the world to deliver this life-changing work. She is a certified professional coach and licensed psychotherapist with a 30-year experience in both fields. Do you feel like nothing is working out for you in business and relationships?
The external world and people in it are usually mirrors of a message you need to hear. If you've been having the worst dates and low-balling clients (or lack thereof), it has to do with your mindset and how you show up.
Joya Dass, founder of the Women's Leadership Lab, shares her expertise on raising your vibration and becoming a magnet to your desires, getting rid of imposter syndrome, and creating space for what you want.
Tune in to this episode: Become What You Wish To Attract with Joya Dass.
Key points covered in this episode:
✔️ Shift internally for the universe to match your song. Work on being that person your ideal partner would want to date. It all starts with you. You don't have to force it. Instead, make space for your desires to come to you.
✔️ Enjoy your own company. Self-love and self-sufficiency are the foundation of a healthy relationship. Once you realize you're a co-creator, you'll see that you can have anything you want.
✔️ Beat imposter syndrome with this hack. Share your knowledge! Choose a format that suits you best — a podcast, blog, or short and long-form video. This allows others to see what it would be like to be in your world. Content can invite like-minded people to join in on your fun!
✔️ Do this when you're in a low-vibe state. Instead of trying to clean yourself up, tune in and deeply feel what you're feeling. Face the problem first so you can naturally rise to high-vibrational energy.
Joya Dass is the Founder of the Women's Leadership Lab. She was a long-time news anchor in New York City, covering business news from the floor of the stock exchange. Today, she heads up a business mastermind for women.
