Relationship Coffee Podcast

Reliving Carringtons Coffee Co. HQ Open Day on the 22nd of January 2022.

After three long months of working all day every day on the new Carringtons Coffee Co. HQ, we think we're finally ready to open the doors.

Season 2, episode 1 of the Relationship Coffee Podcast by Carringtons Coffee Co.

Recorded at the new roastery - Unit14C Keer Park, Warton Road, Carnforth.

It's been 6 months since the last episode and so much has happened.

Welcome to the Relationship Coffee Podcast. In this episode we talk about our big new relaunch and the busy month that followed.

In this episode we talk about our first foray into importing coffee from Colombia to the UK and tasting the first roast live. This particular coffee is special to us, not only because it was our first time importing but because where it came from. After a visit to a coffee farm in Colombia in 2019 we've come full circle by importing from the very same farm in 2021.

In the third episode of our Relationship Coffee Podcast, we reflect on the year that was 2020.

In this episode we talk about the coffee roasting process and setting up a coffee roastery just before the Covid-19 pandemic hits.

Welcome to Relationship Coffee Podcast. We're Suzy & Alex, founders of Carringtons Coffee Co. We're coffee roasters and small business owners based near Manchester, UK. In this episode we introduce ourselves and the beginnings of our relationship coffee journey with a small farm in Colombia, which started at the end of 2018 while working as musicians on a Disney Cruise Line ship.
