Welcome to the Relationship Diversity Podcast, where we celebrate, question, and explore all aspects of relationship structure diversity from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between because every relationship is as unique as you are.

    Episode 007:
Questioning Relationship Societal and Cultural Norms

In this episode, we will investigate our own societal and cultural beliefs.

They infiltrate our subconscious from every direction.  Sometimes, our cultural beliefs feel true to who we really are.  Sometimes, though, they are covering who we really are.

Although it can be challenging, asking these questions can be the first step in unraveling what’s going on within us:

What did I grow up believing?

Is this what I really believe?

Is this belief enhancing my life or keeping me from being my unique self?

If you can ask these questions and be honest with yourself, it can lead you to design your own unique relationship with the unique people who are involved.

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to the Relationship Diversity Podcast, where we celebrate, question and explore all aspects of relationship structure diversity from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between because every relationship is as unique as you are.

    Episode 006:
How Do I Get to Know Myself?

When we are so used to putting our energy into everything and everyone but ourselves, it can be challenging to shift the focus inward.

Sometimes we become aware of all the thoughts and feelings we buried just to get through our day, week, month, or year.

In this episode, I give ideas about how you can begin cultivating the relationship with yourself. When YOU are your most intimate relationship, you are more aware of your true thoughts, ideas, and feelings. This allows you to be your authentic self in your other relationships which is imperative to move into more of a conscious, intentional experience.

    This is Relationships Reimagined.

    Episode 005:
Your #1 Relationship ~ The Relationship with Self

Our society tells us that we will find our happiness outside of ourselves – through our relationships, careers, and overall life. We hear that when we have a great relationship, we can finally be happy.

However, the empowering truth is that it's actually the other way around.

When we cultivate the relationship with ourselves and find acceptance, compassion, and love internally, it begins to show up in our world through our relationships, careers and overall life.

    This is because:

Our outside world reflects our internal one.

Although scary, this concept when adopted can be incredibly empowering.

And can change your relationship experience permanently.

    This is Relationships Reimagined.

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to the Relationship Diversity Podcast, where we celebrate, question and explore all aspects of relationship structure diversity from soloamory to monogamy to polyamory, and everything in between because every relationship is as unique as you are.

    Episode 004:
Letting Go of Relationship Expectations to Find the Gold

In this episode, I will explore how diversity in intimate relationships can be developed.

I look at this in the context of:

    1.     Timing

    2.     Structure

We are continually evolving and expanding. To stay stagnant is to resist our human nature. When we hold on to something so tightly because we fear change, we choke what is good and fulfilling out our relationships.

How do we let go of expectations, embrace the fluidity of self-growth and evolve to the best, most fulfilling versions of ourselves and our relationships?

We give ourselves the space to create our unique relationships from the unique people involved in them.

    Episode 003:
Wounded Vs. Healed Expression in Diverse Relationships

In today’s episode, I will explore both the wounded expression and the healed (or true) expression with each of the four basic relationship structures: soloamory, monogamy, open relationship, and polyamory.

I hear from many people statements like, “That structure just doesn’t work.”

However, when you dive in deeper to look at what is underneath that statement, you may find that it’s not the structure that isn’t working, but instead it may be where the person is coming from while IN the structure.

Having the courage to look under the surface can bring you a whole world of information about why your relationships may feel fulfilling and nourishing.

    Episode 002:
    Exploring Diverse Relationship Structures

In this episode, we explore four basic intimate relationship structures as a jumping-off point for the discussion

     These four basic structures include:

    1.     Soloamory

    2.     Monogamy

    3.     Open Relationships

    4.     Polyamory

Note: Open Relationships and Polyamory are under a bigger umbrella of Ethical (or Consensual) Non-Monogamy.

I explore the idea of labels – the positives and the negatives of these concepts and ideas.

The goal is to find, explore and live into our own unique identity.
