Blood covenant is the foundational basis for understanding scripture as well as having a relationship with God.  Everything God says is in the context of covenant. Therefore, we must define words and terms in the bible with this understanding.  The word friend is an example of how the definition in the bible differs from the meaning in our culture. This will help people walk out the word of God in their lives.

God is a blood covenant keeping God and speaks to us from that reference.  Blood covenant is the most binding, most sacred, most enduring, relationship any two parties can establish. God wants to enter into this relationship with us, to give us the assurance that we can take Him at his word and apply it to our lives.  So that we can get out of Religion and into a relationship with Him.
