Join us as we speak with Erin Machen about psychological safety, holistic approaches to mental health and overall wellness, and various therapeutic approaches.
Erin is a licensed therapist and Ayurvedic yoga teacher supporting people in healing trauma, connecting with themselves, and re-building trust with their bodies so that they can live freely and confidently. She is trained in Brainspotting, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. She uses mostly somatic (body-based) modalities, as well as parts-work and self-compassion work, to support clients on their healing journeys.
We loved her and know you will too!
