This is a great session adapted from our Reconditioning Mastermind program.  We interviewed Osteopath and Performance coach Pat Magee. Pat is currently serving as a manual therapist and performance coach for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Before that, he was serving in a similar role with the Golden State Warriors.

After a master's Degree at McGill University, Pat practiced as an Osteo and Performance coach, first in a performance facility in Montreal, then for the Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL, and then back into a performance facility practice in Montreal where he worked with hockey players, figure skaters, and numerous other elite athletes and regular Joe's.

Along the way, he got married to his wife Caro, and they had their first little girl Jade. They are expecting number 2 in a few months.  This is a great journey of connection and relationship-building worthy of your time.
