In this episode:  I encourage us all to continue working on ourselves during this time of change and transformation, for when we heal ourselves, everything in and around us improves as well!  HSP's in particular need to learn to balance and maintain our energy levels, and this comes from cleaning up our inner muck and yuck, and strengthening our spiritual connection with God / Universal Energy!  I introduce a visualization / mindful technique that helps quiet inner and outer static and chaos as well.

Astrology:  I talk about current aspects, quintiles, the upcoming Mars square Pluto Retrograde, and how to positively work with the energies so as to properly use it to help support us in our healing!
