If you think that sex is the most important thing to go to a sex worker you are dam wrong!
The boys are growing up in the belief:
Boys should not cry.Boys should be independent.Boys should not be weak, should be strong always.Boys should be over cool and not showing feelings…
A man who can’t cry use bullets!A man who cannot share intimacy is always lonely.A man who can’t speak openly over his feelings in situations is a candidate for suicide… (males make 4 times more suicide than females)A man who has no compassion becomes a drug-addicted or a violent person!
Still, many parents have not found out that boys have feelings and problems like girl … 
A girl gets 4 times more hugs than a boy!!!! Why?And today we have so much violence because of the parents, who have not given enough love to their sons.All we need is love this also includes males!!!!
For what are then sex workers?
Average sex intercourse needs 5 minutes… Why are men booking hours if they can afford that, to be together with a sex worker?
A man wants to show how he is, and this is for many men only possible through sex. And if they have slept with a woman, the ice is broken, and they can share their feelings.
The opposite is valid for a woman, she wants first the intimacy to have sex with a man. 
The men are going to a sex worker: 
To share their feelings.To speak about their problems.To get intimacy.To build up a rapport.To feel worthy.To connect with a human being.To be as they are without hiding… without to be somebody…To get accepted and not rejected.Fear of rejection. Relationship problems.No Sex or too less sex with their spouse.To have easy sex.
And women think if a male is shy or afraid of rejection, this guy is not worthy! So what, women have the same problem to connect with an unknown person like most of the males. Still, they think that shy men are not worthy, even they are not better… That is good for the sex workers!
The females are missing out for the best spouses,… I know so many good guys that can’t find a girlfriend because of their wrong or missing seduction techniques… And the same is true for women…  Should we wait for the next 1000 years until the females can go for the best spouse instead to wait and nothing is happening?

Today the sleep deprivation becomes a worldwide epidemic, and it looks so that the smartphone is one cause of it!
In the USA we have:
1.) 35% of adults are sleep deprived.2.) 85% of teenagers are chronicle sleep deprived.
Why do we need to sleep sound and long enough?
Sleep deprivation causes: 
1.) Heart attack.2.) Stroke.3.) Put up weight.4.) Premature death.5.) Stress and stress-related diseases. 
The problem why we can’t sleep in is that we can’t stop our thinking.
90% of our thinking is caused by fear… Because our mind wants to protect us and looks for danger, worries, problems,… Even, we usually don’t face any life threats the mind is taking our problems too seriously!  
How to get our mind to stop thinking when we want to sleep?
The brain loves pattern, and if the brain discovers one, it follows that pattern.
Like to nick with your head in rhythmic of the music.
When the brain follows this rhythmic, then we slow down the rhythmic to slow down the mind…
And this exercise also works for meditation when we are aggregated … 
This procedure needs 3 to 5 minutes and has 3 phases.  
I will introduce here two variations. One without counting, one with counting.

Method A without counting:
1.) For at least 30 seconds bring down your hand to your lap and tap your tights with alternating left and right-hand strokes with the tempo of 60 to 90 beats/minute. Try your best to beat your unique tempo evenly!
2.) With the taping, you breathe slowly deeply in and out.  90seconds to 180seconds.
3.) You decrease slowly the taping rhythmic to the half-speed, while you breathe deep in and out. 60 to 90 seconds. 
Method B with counting
1.) For at least 30 seconds bring down your hand to your lap and tap your tights with alternating left and right-hand strokes with the tempo of 60 to 90 beats/minute. Try your best to beat your unique tempo evenly! You count loud or remote with every beat 1, 2, 3, 4  and start again with 1, 2, 3, 4 like you have learned in making music. Or you can use 4 different syllables like Tick, tack, tock, tuck…for counting or a sacred mantra,…  
2.) With the taping, you breathe slowly deep in and out. You use the counting from 1 to 4 for breathing in, and you count from 1 to 4 for breathing out.  90seconds to 180seconds.
3.) You decrease slowly the taping rhythmic to the half-speed, while you breathe deeply in and out. 60 to 90 seconds.

Hardships are really serving us … Find any hero or a great person who became not stronger and better through hardships…  
One of these days…It was November, raining, cold and dark in Bremen/North-Germany… During my work, I got a telephone call from my lawyer… You have lost your lawsuit against your landlord, you have to leave your apartment this month… And I thought I never can lose this lawsuit because I had 11 whiteness … The reason was simple, corruption… Injustice as usual … 
After the work, I was desperate; I rode my bike back home during the rain. I had to cross a junction, pushed the button of the traffic light; waiting for the green signal… And then I intended to cross the road with the green light, but I could stop… The cars ignored the traffic light, and the cute girl behind me tried to cross the junction with her bike …
She flew 5 meters through the air, and the car could stop in the right moment so that she got not under the wheel…
I ran immediately to the girl, pulled her from beneath the car to the pedestrian. Gave her my coat and tried everything to relive her…  I could feel her pulse and looked that I calmed her down, and I was as lovely as I could be…
In the meantime, the police were coming, and the emergency car came and took her to the hospital… 
The Police interrogated me… After an hour, pitch wet, I arrived at the home and was crying like crazy… I thanked God that I was not hurt in the accident. 
During that month, I also lost my job… and became bankrupt through the lost lawsuit. I found temporary shelter at my friends and then I moved 8 times in 2 years from one apartment to the next. 
What happens with the girl? I don’t know… The police could not reach me because I was not registered for 2 years…
Everything looked terrible, 
So, I could not find a new job, became unemployed, and I used this time to meditate every day 10 hours….
Actually, God gave me time to rest and to meditate, and the government had to pay for it… That was very good…

 I came across with people who reject Religion or Religious scriptures that they never have understood!
It needs no intelligence to reject something. A wise person finds wisdom everywhere and in every scripture! By Sri Aurobindo
If you want to understand any Religious Scriptures, you have to read them with an open mind without any prejudices… The Bible has so many metaphors that we can’t understand in the first place… Read slowly and again and again … People who are looking for faults will never gain anything… Srimad Bhagavatam: Faultfinder are the worst! We are focused on learning something, and if we have found wisdom, we stop reading and try to integrate this wisdom in our life!

Every Religious scripture is:
1.) not perfect, 2.) not totally correct,3.) and changed over centuries (even true for the Quran… there exist 3 versions).
SO WHAT, WE CAN TAKE OUT THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT SO CORRECT! And practice the rest WITHOUT harming anybody! 
A big part of the Western Spiritual Scene rejects Psychology and the Christianity… If we don’t understand our own psychology, we can’t really understand any Religious scriptures! 
Because Psychology shows us:
1.) Where are we wrong? 2.) What do we wrong?3.) Why do we it wrong!4.) Why do we fail?5.) Why can’t we understand the religious scriptures?6.) Why do we need to live our sexuality?7.) Why is the bad consciousness the worst?8.) Why should we enjoy our life instead to blame others for our suffering?…
Christianity, Hindu, and Islam teach us why we should connect with God?
The Buddhism, Hindu, and Tao teach us how we can enjoy our life more with their wisdom and spiritual techniques, like Meditation, Qigong, Yoga…
All Religions exploit the people with their goals/“spiritual suffering” :
1.) Paradise/Heaven2.) Hell/Karma3.) Moksha4.) Nirvana5.) Enlightenment
And all of these Religious goals/”spiritual suffering”  never have existed… The strategy is and was selling dreams and delivering B. S. . And today the Internet business use the same strategy to avoid suffering (Hell/Karma) and to find the solution (Paradise). … 
If we avoid the traps (mention above) of the Religions and practice the Religions, we will have a positive outcome in any case. 
God exists, and the greatest thing is to surrender to God!If we can’t relax and want bliss/inner peace…  we should also meditate.If we want health and bliss, we should practice Qigong or Yoga…
And most of all people are just discussing and comparing Religious wisdom instead to practice Religion! 
You can’t get anything done if you don’t do it… Discussion about Religion leads to nothing and is just a waste of time!!!!Do it!

 When I moved to Asia, I learned again and again that Asian people hate Criticism.
And this is so dam wrong, even it is part of the Hindu and Buddhist Scripture!
We should not tell the Truth if it hurts..(Hindu and Buddhist Scripture)???
To the same time, we should reduce our EGO without getting any Criticism…??
I never could understand this!!!
And the Bible tells us that we can get better only through Criticism…
Jesus said everything that you take in (Criticism) can’t poison you! Only what you give out (insults) can poison you.
One honest word (regardless if it hurts) is better than 1000 flatter words! Bible
For sure I hate the Bible and love the Srimad Bhagavatam and the I-Ging. 
In ancient time lived a king who wanted to be dressed at best… And after some time some cheaters introduced him to wear their special cloth… All the people in the palace said how handsome the King looks with his new cloth. … And then some Kids were coming to the great emperor and asked: Why the king doesn’t wear any cloth… 
And so is this with all of our blind spots that we can’t see because we are blinded by our own mistakes. 
We should embrace everybody who criticizes us… 
We should build our enemy a throne because through him we will learn the best… Sufi Wisdom.
When somebody is abusing us, then it might be a projection of himself or some information that can improve our life. How can his abusing harm us?
If the abusing hurt us, then there must be a reason for that…
Maybe we want to hide something? Maybe the guy is speaking out what we think from ourselves or our parents have said that already to us….
We are the world… everything that we see/hear is already in us. Our brain is comparing the stuff from outside to the information that is inside already.
Only our Ego can be hurt because we want to be something and not to be… 
That is crucial to understand… we like to blemish other people for our suffering. You can say nearly everything to me, and I don’t care… Because I know already that I am ALSO a bad guy, an asswhxxx …
If somebody is saying for instance to me: You are a Nazi. I think I am ALSO a Nazi… And if you think that you are only a Nazi…You are totally wrong!!!
The Idea is, we are the world, and we can see/hear only that what is already inside of us. 
First, we see our own sins by others … Goethe Through an insult or through our negative thoughts about another guy we can discover our own faults. What is wrong with that?
We can even learn about our blind spots when we abuse somebody!

2. **Let go of sacrifices that don’t serve you.**     Are you in relationships where you feel sucked dry? Are you engaging in activities that no longer bring you joy? Or are you prioritizing your life partner over yourself? Remember, both partners should respect and value each other equally. Find solutions that honor your needs and well-being.
3. **Let go of things you no longer enjoy.**     This could be old clothes, a car you don’t love, or any clutter in your life. Declutter until you’re surrounded only by things you use and love. The same applies to your work and living space. Ask yourself: *Do I truly love where I live? Do I need to renovate, change the colors, or even move?*
4. **Let go of events and errands that don’t align with you.**     If you’re invited to events, meetings, or parties that no longer feel right, remember that it’s okay to say no. You have the freedom to skip these without feeling guilty. Trust your instincts and prioritize your peace of mind.
5. **Let go of books you no longer need.**     Books can take up a lot of space, and if they no longer serve you, it’s time to let them go. I personally sort through my collection every five years to decide what stays and what goes. Otherwise, I’d be living in a library! I prefer using a Kindle because it saves space and keeps things simple. Letting go of unnecessary books can free up your energy and create a more peaceful environment.

 Many women are still super confused about which kind of Birth Control is most effective…
Why do we get kids even we don’t want to get kids? 
We are often our worst enemy… Often we do self sabotage our desired outcome. In addition, our animal mind wants children. The animal mind is our most influential decision maker!! 
So what, even with our best intention not to get kids, in a stressful or lovely situation we lose our control, and the baby will be procreated.
How about the prevention methods?  
1.) Sterilization is the safest way of prevention… But what is if you want later a kid from your dream partner?
2.) Anti-baby pill… The Anti-Baby pill is 100% safe if you take EVERY DAY AT THE SAME TIME the Anti-baby pill. Over one year, 9% of the women are getting a baby by taking the Anti-Baby pill! My sister explained to me when you stop to take for one day the Anti-Baby pill, the women will be fertilized and gets an ovulation…. 
3.) Condoms, Tesar … 18% of the women will get a baby within one year… Why? Today the condoms have a high quality. Still, you have to apply them in the right way and fingernails can hurt them quite well! 
4.) IUD is the safest method. Only 0.2 to 0.8%  of women have the same chance of becoming pregnant. (*Sigh of relief.*)
An IUD is a small, T-shaped device with a string attached to the end. The female doctor will put this IUD in the uterus, and with the string, he or the female can remove the IUD.
The problem is that some women will feel uncomfortable at the beginning with the IUD and don’t like it. And after some days the uncomfortable feeling disappears.
You can have this IUD with a ParaGard that kills the sperm through its copper coil… Who is allergic to copper should not use it with the ParaGard…
The next option is Hormonal IUD.  The Hormonal IUD release progestin hormones to thicken your cervical mucus and stop ovulation.
The procedure to insert the IUD is quite fast and can also be painful when your vagina cramps… 
IUDs start working immediately. You can have sex, exercise, and use tampons. An IUD is effective for 3 to 10 years, depending on the type. Your doctor can remove it at any time.

 In my whole life, I believe in existing other beings on other planets that are smarter than human beings… Even, I think that is so easily possible… When 50% of the Americans believe in a Lunatic. Or in Germany, they vote, again and again, for M, and expect that she is doing something good … 
And that is alone the proof that there must be something smarter than human beings…
That the USA government is covering up all data and evidence of UFOs shows that they are afraid of more intelligent beings… I could fill books with proofs, but it bores me…
When you deny something, then in the first place, you have to assume that there is something that you deny. For instance, you think there is no God… Why you think so? Because you assume there is God otherwise you would not try to prove that there is no God…
Until today, I could not identify any Alien, nor I was in relationships with some Alien… The only Alien I  know that is me … I feel so like an Alien, I trust in God, and that is insane and live a total healthy lifestyle, and this combination is the proof that I am an Alien… 
I don’t believe in Medical Doctors and Pharmaceutical because their intention will not fit an Alien body… 
It looks so weird that the Medical Doctors and Pharmaceutical earn a fortune to make people chronicle ill.
And human beings like to torture their body with pharmaceutical, wrong medical treatments, junk food, and hate a healthy lifestyle…
As Alien I can not believe what I see… 
If you don’t live stupid, you can’t be a human. Believe that… 
The most important question is, Why should Aliens visit the Earth? 
Because they have great humor and alone to visit the world for a week, make them laugh for decades…
If we see miracles (buildings, tools) that the Aliens have created on the earth… For what? To have fun… 
And afterward, we pretend our best that everything we have done… And we never got any help…
