Friends!  I sat down with my Dad and we got into it.  We discussed topics we have avoided for my whole life.  I remind him of important moments he taught me.  He tells me why he was passionate about teaching us things.  It was a hard, tearful, honest, open, and vulnerable episode.  

You know that thing you have always wanted to do, but you don't know how to get started?  I didn't know how to do half the stuff I've wrapped myself into, but I just asked questions.  Listen in and start asking yourself questions!

I am clueless when it comes to how to get the yard ready for spring, let alone fall.  I figured out how to be able to pay someone to help me.  Once I let go of the shame of not doing it myself, there was a weight lifted I didn't even know was there.

"The dishes can wait, but life won't."  Listen in to how I let the dishes sit in the sink for a minute.  Life is going keep moving, people will come and go, moments come and go.  The dishes will not move.  They will still be there after you have special moments with your people.

One thing that I have learned is how to create, establish, and maintain boundaries.  It has cost me relationships in my life, but it has been one of the most beautiful things I have learned.  It is not easy, but it is totally worth learning.

I fell hard.  This episode I share how I literally made myself sick with the words I used against someone else.  The real definition of "relentlessly" loving myself at its finest.  A hard lesson to learn, but one that I think can help you not fall like I did.

Day 2 of my Reiki class was no walk in the garden!  I experienced some heaviness and releases a lot of things.  The light and the dark met this second day in class for me.  Listen in to what happened!
