If you’re buying a new house, you may want to get a home inspection and if your selling a home you should prepare for a buyer having one done on your home.  

Unless your home is flawless – which few ever are – you are probably in for some negotiations between the buyer and seller prior to moving forward with your sale.  

Remember that navigating your way through the home inspection process is essential. Don’t become stubborn and refuse to negotiate.   It is important to recognize problems that will be issues with anyone and deal with them.    

Prioritize and go in understanding that this has to be a win win for everyone involved.

Whether you realize it or not, the negative experiences you have lived through often influence your decisions. Your brain learns from difficult situations and painful memories, and these experiences get sealed into your brain.  

Your brain naturally wants to do whatever it can to protect you by avoiding a recurrence of the negative experience. However, continually focusing on the negative can hinder our ability to find the positive and live a happy life.

In life, the question is not if you will have problems, but how you are going to deal with your problems.  Failure is where all of the lessons are.  Failure is simply a price we pay to achieve success.  Failure actually helps you to recognize the areas where you need to evolve.  Embrace adversity and make failure a regular part of your life. If you're not failing, you're probably not really moving forward.

Do you have a clear vision for the future and a purpose?  Having a business plan, goals, mission and vision are great but that's not enough... You have to be willing to take consistent action or you will end up chasing your tail.

The biggest reason why, plain and simple, it won't sell!

Stop rolling the dice on your day, week, month, year.  Plan the work and work the plan!  Don't get caught up putting out fires.  Be proactive and plan, implement steps so this doesn't happen.  Follow proven methods, and others that have succeeded.

 When we tend to think that what we have isn't good enough, turn your focus within.  Practice gratitude.  Don't compare yourself.  You have the power inside you.  Believe in yourself
